Thanks for the video! In my opinion, skilled pilots = extremely smart which makes them equally sexy! Most of the time, in peak physical condition, which is also very sexy. What they do for our country, as a team mate to support staff, is honorable which makes them so respectable and courageous, words cannot even come close to the awe it makes me feel for the jobs they do to keep us safe. Who cares if they play a little...they are always learning and team building with new skills learned.
in germany we have a saying that goes like.... in the bundeswehr alls troops are in the same boat! the heer paddles, the marine does the steering and the luftwaffe is waterskiing. its so true. :D
@gounderus Actually the F-35C will be replacing the F/A-18E/F Super Hornets, the F-22 is for the Air Force. On the bright side, the Hornet will be in service for at least a decade or two.
@yevgeniyRUS Negative. MiG-29 more resembles an F/A-18 when seen in certain profiles. As the others have stated, the F-14 was in service long before any of the MiG or Sukhoi "slick-bodies" were on the drawing board. The closest the F-14 would resemble would the MiG-23, but that was designed to combat against the F-111 and Tornado multirole aircraft being built at the time (I think). MiG-29 is still a baddass plane though!

That was a Mig mate, not a F-14. That was at an air show 10+ years ago where the pilot lost control of the aircraft due to a mechanical malfunction.
