Hi, please , which will you advise i get. An extension of the visa i got with my work permit or get a TRV. This is because i got a one year visa instead of two years together with my family due to the availability of passport pages. Also will getting the TRV affect our future plans for PR. A reply will be totally appreciated.
What about moving within Canada
how many days before we can travel back to Canada, before trv expiry. Can we enter to Canada from India 2-3 days before TRV expire? if we have valid permit till 2027.

I wanna clarify, I applied my PGWP within Canada and got approved with ETA, while outside. now in my home country. Do I need to apply TRV separately before going back to Canada? Or should ETA enough for me to enter back with no problem?
Can I apply for TRV with my study permit expiring in March, and also with open application of PGWP?
I would wait for your PGWP and then apply for the TRV so that you get the whole length of the TRV.
I'm going to canada to study in the fall from England. It is only for one semester from late August to December. Since this is under 6 months I do not need a Study Permit. Does this mean I only need an eTA?

Happy to see your videos on canada immigration. I have a doubt about working as an international student. The place i am working estimate each minute after regular 8 hour shift as overtime. So if i am working two days in a week of 9 hours shift each, it will be 16 + 2 hour overtime. Is it okay or not ?

Yes, but you'd likely need a job offer, and often an LMIA to do so.
Can a person (being inside Canada) meet obligation requirement (730 days) after his/her PR card expiry and apply for renewal, once met requirement obligations?
Yes this is usually the remedy for not meeting the residency obligations.

You probably have a TRV if you have a counterfoil in your passport.

If you are eta eligible you do not need a TRV. If you are moving to Canada you cannot work when you arrive, you first need to find an employer who will support a work permit. When you enter it will just be as a tourist and you'll need to show you can support yourself without working and that you plan to return to your home country.

Yes, if you leave to a congruent country you do not need a valid trv.
If anyone hold the eTA that you enter to Canada it is possible to convert to Working Permit. Please advice...
You can, but you would need to enter as a visitor, and then have a legitimate job from a Canadian employer.

You would need a job offer in an eligible position in Canada.

You can travel outside of Canada but you'd have to apply for a TRV in India. If you still have an existing TRV application open I'd submit a webform.
