I recently got my PGWP, and I'm currently applying from within Canada for a TRV visa. My wife came along with me when I was on my study permit, and she has a SOWP that will expire on September 30, 2022. She is currently working under Noc A profession within Canada. While attempting to answer the following questionnaire, I'm becoming confused. Are you are a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child of a person who: - Holds a Work Permit for a job in National Occupation Classification O, A, B; - Holds a study permit and is a full-time student at a university, community college, CÉGEP or other authorized educational institution; - Holds a Temporary Resident Permit that is valid for six months or more; - Applied for Permanent Residence to an office in Canada and was determined to be eligible for Permanent Resident status (first stage approval) - Is subject of a removal order that is unenforceable. What shall I choose out of Yes or No? Please advice. Thanks in advance.
Hey Glaire! I studied for 2 years in Canada and graduated. I applied for PGWP and still waiting for the decision. My visa(TRV) is going to be expired soon. Should I apply for extension while waiting for my PGWP?
Hi, I have an existing valid visitor visa. Should I still apply for a work visa or that would be enough in order for me to travel outside Canada under PGWP status?
Hello ms. Glaire, ask lang sana if PGWP holder kana tapos may mag sponsor sayo na mag trabaho sa kanya maging working visa kana di na PGWP pwde po bayon mam? Thanks for the reply. God bless you always ❤️
Very informative as usual! I'm not really familiar with the student pathway, so every time someone message me in my channel about student pathway, this is one channel I always point them to 🙃
