- It's beginning to work. The leaping round the bedroom trying to put you pants on is getting less.
Still convincing - Think about the exercise/weight loss/improve my balance etc...combine it with the fact that I have the wetsuit & shoes/life vest & a pump that will also do the job...& it all fits within my budget... so a bit of a no brainer...
We've unpacked it & set up up & done the research as to where you can take it. Got the roof bars & the straps - this is it! - it's time! And there is a sneak peak at the end - this is SO much fun.
It will appear in our upcoming holiday - enjoy!

Persevere with its so much fun. I’ve been paddle boarding for 3 years now and I’ve paddled to places that you just can’t get to of foot. Love it.
Oh I will & this bank hols the wife said that she may have a go…might secretly film…
FYI. The sweet spot to stand and sit is either side of the handle. Tis the most stable area
Thanks Anthony - every day is a school day and it’s great fun
That was priceless 🤣
Thanks for watching David - not as easy as it looks!!!!
@@beyondthatbluedoor I will stick with my kayak at my age I would spend more time in the water than on the board all credit to you for having a go it was a great watch though.
Not as easy as it looks is it Steve, I had a lesson and couldn’t believe how much the board wobbled when first got on, smooths out when you start to move. Standing up was easier with momentum, I went out the back door when another ‘L’ cut across my path 😂😂 My lesson was at The Water sports Centre at Royal Albert Dock Liverpool. Blue Flag water quality too.
Thank you for this & thank you for watching - every day is school day - So much fun!
I’ve had my other board for just over a year and managed to stand up last week at Loch Ken near Castle Douglas. I was chuffed to bits, for some reason it just seemed to click and all come together and I was away.
Well done 👍 I had to get a wider board (34") in order to stand up - I still like this board though for the sea as it has a kayak seat
Hi, how you getting on with the Aqua Spirit board? Asking as I’m looking at purchasing another board and have seen the Aqua spirit barracuda at a very decent price indeed. Just wondering if they are good quality for the money. Thanks 👍
It’s good & I use it on the as it has a kayak seat. On the other hand I had to get a wider board a "RED ride" model as its 34" wide in order to stand up
Steve, have you mastered it yet. Any tips for beginners since we've only gone and got one each. Thanks. Ally & Alan
Master - No - stood up yes.Several times now (dead chuffed) & I use the oar (3rd leg if you like) but what a lot of fun…… I was on Lake Garda last week……brilliant
I'd say this board is a bit too small, the 12'6 version would be a bit more stable but this model is not for beginners at all.
I never new that at the time but it is fantastic on the sea as it has a kayak seat & double ended paddle - but the larger board I now have is much better - even stood up
