People need to stop saying Lampard is a bad manager. Got Derby to play offs twice - where are they now? Had Chelsea top 4 with a transfer embargo - Chelsea then spent £2b and went backwards. Now he's actually doing well at Coventry. His record isn't that bad!

Simon, Steven Gerrard has won a League title and has managed at English Premier League level, whether or not that stint was successful... you worked in a boardroom solely because of your wealth and somehow think this qualifies you to work as a pundit. I am honestly struggling to understand how people are taking anyone's record in Saudi Arabia seriously when it isn't a serious league in the slightest. It's a minnows country in the Football world, you could easily find better talent at an under 15s Sunday League game in Coventry than you would amongst the home grown players of Saudi Arabia, and don't even get me started on the Europeans who we ALL know are only there for a final big pay day. And you're taking someone's record in this country seriously?

  • @telephonic
