If you really do some digging, this man grew up as a TRUST FUND baby out of California. Never has worked a day in his life. His father had an extremely successful real estate company that he had started up from scratch. When his father decided to retire, he turned the whole business over to his son, lock, stock and barrel, free of charge. Up until his father turned the business over to him, he had literally never worked a day in his life. After receiving the company from his father, he continued to "not" work, and just play. Hired a savvy partner who was actually better at running the business than his dad was. All he had to do was kick back, relax while the guy he hired ran the whole thing and he collected money, and lots of it. I'm sorry, but no respect for people that have had everything in their life LITERALLY handed to them without having to ever break a sweat..
@1212jtm Because giving praise and kudos to a POS who's never done ONE SINGLE thing in his life, accept have LITERALLY everything handed to him on a silver platter, is freaking pathetic!!!! If he'd of been a self-made man who started with nothing and busted his ass to make something of himself, now that deserves praise, kudos, and deserves respect. This guy, the way it stands, deserves none of the above.

As long as this owner doesn't try to claim ownership of the water around or under the dock then have at it but the first time a Karen tells me i can't fish around it I'll tell them where to put their dock.

Rich people have absolutely destroyed this lake..this video is all fluff and puff…the water here is absolutely awful conditions from having too large of boats on the water. The captains are inexperienced. Cool dock I guess

That dock is absolutely surreal! I have yet to see a personal dock that fancy down here at Lake of the Ozarks.
Terrific and expansive view of aluminum, from the home.
Shawn is one of the nicest guys I have the opportunity of working with about 15 years ago when he first came to Lake Ozark.
As someone who grew up in Lexington, KY one of my favorite games is spotting a Big Ass Fan. I'm glad you pointed it out!
Smart man, I live near Calabasas, he made the right move. What a nice set up!
Fantastic set up, great down to earth guy. He’s done well for his family!

That setup is remarkable.

How much does something like this cost to build ???
Would guess $1-2m
Without the boats, as much as your house if not more.
If you have to ask you can’t afford it
So this is what money looks like
No way when I was on vacation at ozarks I saw that dock

The dream
I lost at how they can float that big of a dock . There has to be some fee paid to take up that much public water .
I cringe every time I see someone interview with sunglasses on. It is really unprofessional.
I was thinking the same thing. He's under a massive roof, take the glasses off
