I ran 4 additional dedicated 20A circuits to my kitchen counter for things like air fryers, instant pots, griddles, etc. The J boxes also have USB built in for phones, Alexa, and tablets
Yeah it's a good take away. I planned my basement out and I still missed outlets in certain spots (like the projector screen) I put one in the for the TV and the projector but forgot one for the screen. Also, from experience. Make sure your electrician maps out the circuits, some shady contractors out there that run tandem instead of having enough dedicated paths.
I don't know what amazed me more. The house or the way it was presented🤔

what my home in heaven will look like. I love the ceiling beams and the way the cabinets look like furniture because I love a minimalist look but this gives you so many things to enjoy. The views are magnificent. Congratulations to the home owners for their beautiful choices.

I honestly thought this was a new HGTV show til I googled you guys. The house is amazing, as can be expected from you. But I'm more impressed (if that's possible) by your video production value. You guys are like Michelin chefs partnered up with hospitality and advertising professionals. Exceptional work needs partnership with just as exceptional design, presentation, and exposure. Kudos to your whole team
What a beautiful home. Not a fan of electric cooking, but I guess kids are a concern. Zach did a great job with his presentation. Very polished and well-articulated. A big difference from other hosts who mumble and bumble through their presentations.
I would be more concerned about kids pulling pots off the stove than the flame from the burner. This is more of a teaching moment for kids and for them not to be in that part of the kitchen.
Induction cooking is not even close to electric coil or ceramic cooktop. It has immediate response to raising or lowering temp like gas but is precise - can be set to a specific temp and will maintain that temp unlike gas.

This is the first video I've seen from this channel, but it definitely won't be my last! This home is incredible! It has so many extras that even in a lot of other luxury homes you don't see... This building company really seems to help the homeowners put a lot of extra thought into the details! Absolutely beautiful and full of inspiration! It makes me wish I had the kind of career that would allow me to afford something like this! Oh well... wishful thinking! Lol!

I’ve been watching so many of these giant house tour videos and this house is by far my favorite. There’s some houses that are so gorgeous on the outside then on the inside it’s like there was no real thought put into the design. I literally love everything about this house from the decor to the colors chosen to just the thought put behind everything. So stunning!

Love love love love love this one. love the mix of warm woods and trusses with more clean modern cabinetry and attention to details. a steam oven, the huge fireplace, the lowered deck. wow these guys are amazing.

WOW! Fantastic Home! This gentleman does a great presentation. I love: 1) the views 2) the tall ceilings with the timber trusses 3) open concept between the family room, dining room and kitchen and the flow of it 4) + the huge granite counter in the kitchen is gorgeous. One of the best homes I've seen - big but not too big.

This home is beyond ANYTHING I could dream up. The attention to detail. Loved the chandelier, the wood beams, the drawers under the stove, drawer microwave and steamer, the table and the chairs....ughhhh...I am OBSESSED!

A microwave drawer in an island!! I LOVE it! Totally agree with the idea of placing it low, too. As someone who is short, it's very unnerving to have to get hot liquid out of a unit above your head. An induction cooktop. Lowered desks for unobstructed views. I can't get enough of this home. That company showroom of all the available woods! I'd love to just sit in there for a few hours looking at all the different finishes! Having someone from the builders actually give the tour is SO refreshing from 'outside' people who gush over every little feature (like I am!). Gobs of thank yous for posting.

Modern meets Colorado Wood Cabin. This home is stunning. I love all the glass windows, that huge chandelier, those timber trussis, wide wood plank flooring. The only thing I would add is a gas cooktop. I love it! They did think of everything and the kitchen sink... all three of them! Lol... :) I also could see that HUGE laundry room in the back. I would sing as I did my laundry, there was so much space and I am sure it had a folding station!

As a Realtor in Hawaii I saw and sold many multimillion dollar homes, and your product beats all but the Paul Mitchell estate in Lanikai, Kailua Oahu. That is saying something. I would love this home in Prescott in Northern Arizona, where I now reside. It's perfect for our 4 season weather. Yes, it does snow in Arizona! Congratulations on an exquisite product, the owners are very lucky indeed. Your constuction staff are Artisans not workers!!👍
Loved the kitchen / coffee bar areas, they work well together with the islands.
Mostly though, I particularly liked the arched cathedral ceiling in the kitchen and in the great room looking out.
Nice to set the outside terrace a little lower was a nice touch.

This is a magnificent home! You can see all of the thought and superb craftsmanship put into it. Even though I could never afford to build a home like this, I'm grateful for watching the video. I came away with some ideas I can incorporate into my home. I especially like the hearth being higher so you can sit at the fire as well as the option of including electrical outlets atop the mantle, which is an excellent idea for those of us that decorate it with garlands and lights during the holidays. So many more to list, but no time now. Thanks for posting this video. Great job!

Too much white, that would be awesome with a slate grey or a copper color. White gets to be too much everywhere,, Family, extended family, kids, pets?.. That whit will be destroyed in no time, white rugs in kitchen, toe kick drawer, cabinets..Fingerprints, dirt from hands transfer, that is a problem in the future..................
Absolutely stunning!! LOVE the large kitchen space. The only change I would make is to place the stove near a window so that strong aromas could clear out quickly. Even though there is a powerful vent, certain cooking needs that plus natural air. Other than that this place is gorgeous!

Oh man I'm in love with this company. Forget your typically house and loudly neighbors. I can't under how someone could spend $2000 a month on a condo near a crowded city when you can be living like a king. This is the real American dream.
