His presentation skills are off the charts. Usually I get extremely bored of the repetitive usage of the same vocabulary in home tours and almost always turn the volume down. I watched and listened the entire thing with great pleasure!

Hard to pick a single favorite feature. But the aggregated effect of all the 'little' things like the lower drawer under the bathroom sink, etc. really add up. I *love* the floors and the stone accent walls. Brings the outdoors inside elegantly and funtionally.
This is so detailed and my eyes are feasting on every corner of the wooden house or log house! I know that there are many trees cut for this house and I hope the builders of log houses have programs about tree planting. This is a dream house for me. I am not a fan of big houses so perhaps a tiny log cabin would do or a log cottage with stone walls and no trace of cement. Mud houses are also interesting as they are inexpensive and environment savers!
I love watching this and trying to remember word for word the way you're speaking about the home. And imagining i own the place and im walking and talking to my future wifes parents and showing them that im a trustworthy guy for there daughter.

I simply can't pick just one feature. I am in LOVE with everything about this house! I’m going to be purchasing land in northern Idaho and very interested in getting more information on your log homes. Great presentation done on this beautiful home. My favorite room is the kitchen. I love all the extras like the pull up outlets. How clever is that!!!
I like handles on my cabinets and I don't like sinks or cooktops on islands.......but the homeowners may have requested that. I like the pantry and the double doors ons the oven and warming oven just below. Like the pullout shelf to put oven pans on when you need to take them out to check on them. Like deep drawer for large pots. Like the sockets in island that can be pulled up. Staircase is beautiful. Windows are beautiful also........lots of light coming in. Good lighting throughout.Love the loft.
This home is like a palace to me. The builders did an amazing job and the homeowners taste and thoughtful ideas were on the money. I adore this place and Im a rustic person too. They have a clock I own in the downstairs bathroom. What made it absolutely perfect is the wrap around porch. I havent seen one since I was a kid and would have one on my home as well... Please ask the owners if they want to adopt a grannie... Ill use the bars in the baths if they like.. Stunning, cozy and beautiful... Enjoy living there and make the best memories possible.

Along with thousands of others, you are probably wondering how much this great home would cost to build. Let’s go back to how this all started. This homeowner came to us, and really liked the Eagle Prow 1975AL. That stock plan would have a (♦ turnkey cost) of approximately $499,000 as an 8”x8” full log home. As with each of the 5,200+ homes we have previously built in North America, this homeowner began by modifying our stock plan because they were looking for more luxurious options and a larger home. With the help of our in-house design team. They increased the size of the home, upgraded to 12”x12” full logs, and chose deluxe options on nearly every single item in this home. I would have to say the thing that suprised me lol was the pull out microwave. I have never seen one like that before. But my favorite feature is the flooring and the doors. That is the most beautiful wood and awesome work installation. I'm a huge fan of the barn style doors.

Fireplace is ausome.Windows help to provide a good view of property trees etc.Woodwork upstairs is very professional being done hand hewn.nice. Toledo down stairs wall and on the shower wall.

I like handles on my cabinets and I don't like sinks or cooktops on islands.......but the homeowners may have requested that. I like the pantry and the double doors ons the oven and warming oven just below. Like the pullout shelf to put oven pans on when you need to take them out to check on them. Like deep drawer for large pots. Like the sockets in island that can be pulled up. Staircase is beautiful. Windows are beautiful also........lots of light coming in. Good lighting throughout.Love the loft.

This home is like a palace to me. The builders did an amazing job and the homeowners taste and thoughtful ideas were on the money. I adore this place and Im a rustic person too. They have a clock I own in the downstairs bathroom. What made it absolutely perfect is the wrap around porch. I havent seen one since I was a kid and would have one on my home as well... Please ask the owners if they want to adopt a grannie... Ill use the bars in the baths if they like.. Stunning, cozy and beautiful... Enjoy living there and make the best memories possible.

I've been having trouble designing my future home and i seen this, and was like let's watch it and just seeing the kitchen made me love it even more..so Spacey has everything u need. So feel like coming to Australia to build me this house with a few extra rooms/things added to it 😂👍✌️

This is a truly amazing and outstanding home. I love everything on this home from the layout to the rebar on the railing. Rustic log homes are my favourite style of house. I’m 14 years old and I love to draft up floor plans. Great job on this house!

Thank you for following along with this Log Home Construction video series. Along with thousands of others, you are probably wondering how much this great home would cost to build. Let’s go back to how this all started. This homeowner came to us, and really liked the Eagle Prow 1975AL. That stock plan would have a (♦ turnkey cost) of approximately $499,000 as an 8”x8” full log home. As with each of the 5,200+ homes we have previously built in North America, this homeowner began by modifying our stock plan because they were looking for more luxurious options and a larger home. With the help of our in-house design team. They increased the size of the home, upgraded to 12”x12” full logs, and chose deluxe options on nearly every single item in this home. This resulted in a turnkey cost of approximately $950,000.USD ♦ Turnkey costs do not include the unpredictable variable costs such as price of the land, well, septic, landscaping, taxes.

I would have to say the thing that suprised me lol was the pull out microwave. I have never seen one like that before. But my favorite feature is the flooring and the doors. That is the most beautiful wood and awesome work installation. I'm a huge fan of the barn style doors.

It is very modern up to date. Kitchen is loaded with nice island and oven is upscale.Pantry is a nice and necessary addition to the kitchen. Fireplace is ausome.Windows help to provide a good view of property trees etc.Woodwork upstairs is very professional being done hand hewn.nice. Toledo down stairs wall and on the shower wall.

wow wow you guys do such amazing work. we have agreed it will be you guys when we are ready to build. I love that you do all custom. For me, I would want the fridge to match the cabinetry. every home I have seen you guys do is spectacular!. we would also want things like an elevator, in ground pool and hot tub.
