No question this is an astounding property, especially at the $6million price. I was guessing 10 to 20 times that much! The cost of the video was probably more than my Condo is worth! I hope the new owners have lots and lots of family and friends. Hell, I’d be ecstatic to just be the live in maintenance guy, if I got room (guest house #2) and board, a reasonable salary, a very nice boat for my own use and weekends off, except for emergencies of course.
Agree somethings need updates Like the guest house and picnic area especially needs a little TLC Need to remove that washer and dryer from the guest house bedroom

I wish I had charged more for it…. But if I charge too much I won’t get any jobs…. So it’s a balance.
