what happened with the 1/4 mile?
Is it set on "Comfort"?
Is that ABC or airmatic suspension? 😮
No active body control this time? The S-class 550 you tested last time had it and performed much better.
i believe it was last year that forbes put this car in a list of the most expensive cars to own, in terms of price, insurance and maintenance
saw one of these yesterday the led's make it look sick like customized/braubus i couldnt even tell that it was a CL with the headlights on.

It's disappointing that 4Matic models don't come with the Active Body Control.
Lol is something wrong with the airmatic on this one? I thought they come standard with ABC. I remember the S550 video looked amazingly flat through the turns.
There has to be something wrong with the 1/4 mile timing. How is this even possible? 0-6- in 4.6 and 1/4 mile in 15??
Is this a typo?! How on earth is the 0-60 so lightning fast and the quarter mile time so terrible? Have this rechecked please.
@TheGeek1028 yea that thing was almost 3wheeling... looks like the new Sclass did better with its advances suspension setup. it had almost no body roll. doesn't look like they hooked the CL up with the goods
@7477238 lol it doesn't have ABC because it's a 4matic model...hopefully Mercedes will change that in the near future though
Everything was good except that body roll. Active body control is not standard on the most expensive Mercedes?

@Kev199117 Ohhh gotcha. Yeah hopefully MB changes that set up because some people really need the benefit of AWD but I'm sure they want the sportiness of ABC.
@Hello6761 Yea tru people buy this car for pure luxury and the brand loyalty. Power on demand and as stable and quiet as a train at speed, but i am not that type of person lol

@luimarco I don't care if it did a 6 second quarter, doesn't make me wrong. And learn my cars 101? I know a hell of a lot about cars, enough to understand that numbers are almost completely pointless and people like you booing someone for getting less than the best time achieved shows you're not there yet. @luimarco No, numbers are different for every magazine. The cars are different, the surfaces are different, the weather's different and the driver's are different. That's why they're so unreliable but people like you who don't understand that and only have eyes for numbers can't understand a word of this.

Who the fuck do they get to test these cars their grandmothers?! Their 0-60 times are always 1 or 2 tenths slower than Motortrend, and I've seen 1/4 times almost 1 full second off!!
