In today's video, I take you guys along with me for a day in my life on the exact same day as I did one year ago for my first video ever!! Hi Sophie, how do you manage your studies when you have so many trainings?
it's definitely challenging! this year I was fortunate to have the opportunity to take a year off school, so that has been really nice, but before that I think it all comes down to good planning, discipline and time management. It's never too late to start rhythmic Gymnastics. I only started when I was 16!
