- The most anticipated moment for Assetto Corsa Competizione has finally come. Nürburgring 24 hours is in.
Nordschleife is probably the most iconic circuit worldwide. Constantly attracting thousands of professional and weekend racers from across the globe, this is the place where driver aim to drive in their career. Surely being the most challenging road course to ever have existed, it consists of 25.3 km of tarmac with over 70 bends that challenge even the most experienced racers.

The only thing I like in GT7 more than any other racing game is the lighting. PD really makes the best lighting engine, it gives a realistic feeling.
Yes, BUT the sun reflection bloom is always so high bely default! It really makes it look worse than it could be... In photo mode you can edit the level, and when you lower it it looks so much better
it kinda hurts my eyes, perefer something easy on my eye than good looking one.

Replay angle of GT7 is much much better
Nice comparison, I already tried ACC on this track and liked it. The level of detail on the track is very good.

Always difficult to choose. To be realistic a more subdued colouring and shading is better but for sim racing sharper is better maybe. Both look very good to me but in different ways so what one person likes another person will not like. Also it depends on the way the monitor or TV has been setup. Maybe what you need to do is put a vote counter on the post that people just tick which they like the best. Then at least you would know which one most people prefer.
Even as a console only player, there’s no competition until GT7 gets the same FOV adjustment options and better force feedback. Hardly play GT7 because of this.
Me too. I mainly play ACC on pc, but when I first got Mt direct drive set up I also tried GT7 on the ps5. The difference in quality of ffb and physics was so great that I could never get myself to play GT7 ever again.

No, there is competition if ur actually competing and are actually any good against other people.... If ur in to it for single player vs AI...... Both not very interesting.
@@neilbezuidenhout9284he meant competition in realism not opponents. GT7 just lacks a lot of quality of life options such as proper force feedback adjutantments (not the two options it offers) and FOV, angle, seating position options for first person view.
Both look great. Competition can only push the other to become even better. It’s great for us consumers.
I have both of these and frequently do comparison videos, you are certainly trying your best to drive the GT display as whoreably as possible. The constant over rotation of the steering wheel while being totally off the throttle to showcase that is ABSOLUTELY not how you drive those GT cars.

@hiromiwu8885ACC is an older title than Gran Turismo 7 and it still looks comparable. Now when Assetto Corsa 2 and Rennsport drop, it's going to be lights out for GT7.

@@mitcheighty1354I totally agree, but GT7 might have a slight edge in graphics in some areas, but by a slim margin. ACC physics are miles better though.

For me, car models are a bit better in GT7, especially the front and read lights.
Replays are equally good but have a different vibe, feel more cinematic in GT7.
Car sounds are decent in both game although too muted in both for my taste. A GT3 car is deafening from the outside at close range..
Track itself, I drove there, and ACC does a better job at the layout, the feeling of elevation changes and the small details like the (now changed) curb at the exit of fuchsrohe.
But GT7 isnt bad at all !
Thanks for watching. I agree with you in most reviews. Nurburgring in ACC was made more detailed in track physics. Also ACC allows to participate more cars in race, which make this long track more alive and driving.
I dont know how replays sound in ACC but for replays in Gt7 the cars are much louder. When the camera gets in close to the cars exhaust it does good job of making it seem deafening. I guess its just toned down during gameplay

I've never played ACC or GT7 but I know that Gran Turismo always had a great representation of the Nordschleife.
Comparing with RUclips videos, GT versions of the Nordschleife always looked very similar to real life.
I still play GT6 very often and most of the time I'm around the Nürburgring.
And I really doubt they would make a bad work in ACC as well. It's a very praised sim.
ACC got the latest laser scan of the track, as well as every track in the game has been laser scanned meaning it is way closer to reality. GT7 are not doing laser scan and go purely off of visuals.

@@demshirosan7311 Ye they have Laser scanned tracks which were laser scanned by someone else meaning they just used the assets. Majority of the tracks in GT7 are not made from the scans.

Gerade da, zeigt sich wie nah die Spiekle an die Realität kommen. Einige Spiele überzeugen durch die Grafik und andere durch perfekte Fahrphysik. Raceroom hat mit unter den besten Sound. In Sachen Grafik ist wohl Gran Turismo ganz vorne. Mit dem richtigen Lenkrad, Bildschirm, Lautsprechersystem und dem Rennsitz fühle ich mich wie im Rennwagen.

Is the track in acc newly laser-scanned or is it an imported asset?
It's a brand new laser scan. At least that's what I've been hearing.

considering this from a sim point of view Assettio does a much better job and for it's age looks amazing and to me looks better than GT7 a lot of the time.
ACC only came out 3 years before GT7, it's not *that* old.
ACC makes feel Nurburgring more detailed. And dynamic because of more cars.

@@ChooseBetterGame Bah per ciò che riguarda fisica ed audio un aggiornamento non basta purtroppo GT7 deve fare i conti col fatto che deve rappresentare un quantitativo ed una varietà di mezzi per cui risulta oggettivamente difficilissimo garantire il livello di accuratezza di ACC che tende a rappresentare una particolare specie di automobile e din quantita molto più limitata

To everyone saying "hurr durr, ACC is missing grafitti" the Track was resurfaced in 2022 and touched up again in 2023 while the track was being developed, sections of the track was repaired.
So no shit Grafitti is missing it doesn't exist on those sections of the track anymore.
Not to mention this is the lastest scan post 2015. Quit fanboying.

GT7 needs upgrade track to suit reality.
ACC is severely lacking in the graphical/fidelity department compared to GT7.. For a PC based game they could have done a better job...

Scans in ACC are the newest in the market. Plus, you can tell that it isn't the same version because of Flugplatz.

Also a youtube on a motorbike rides around the nord pointing out all the points of accuracy only grass patches are different or if your field of view is wrong the bends will look longer or shorter. Nonsense , they worked nearly a year on it for acc , it’s 100% acurate of the real 2024 season track (in the winter they did some changes, as in foxhole) .
They recived feedback from misha chandorin, a guy with real racing experience on Nords and part of his work also, he said, it’s 98 % accurate due to the little changes made on track this winter, but the most accurate nords at the moment.

Its dumb to compare GT7 to ACC. ACC is a true sim. GT7 is not. ACC does everything from the tracks, cars, FFB, and physics much more realistically than GT7 and it isn't particularly close. This isn't a knock on GT7, it's just GT7 isn't trying to be the most realistic Sim. It's trying to be an accessible sim-cade with a good online community. It competes with Forza, not ACC and iRacing.
This is more graphic, track and car details comparison. Developers of both games are trying to provide maximum of track and car visual. But they do on their each own way.

Gt7 looks so boring. The movement of the car is kinda weird, track is moving not the car.
Yeah, it’s a camera setting that is on by default for some reason. You can make the camera more dynamic if you want to with some tinkering in the settings.

The camera is the negative part. Sometimes in some GT3/GTE cars have the same issue of the cameras. But still enjoable even not being in the cockpit camera. The best thing is First person (bumper cam).
Also... Even in ACC *dont forget the Mirror rectangle!!!!

Because GT7 really heavily leaning on HDR settings. With a properly working HDR setting, it doesn't really looks like washed up color but really strong natural lightings.
