Sweet. Getting all excited to actually build out my old songs. I liked how you added that little break, because I'm probably gonna add the drums in after doing guitar and voice to keep it more organic for one but also because that is my proces. I'm not sure how nuts that is. Tweaking things back and forth while trying to fit the original intent is going to be a thing, but this software offers a lot of freedom. Aka, I don't know where this is going but I hope I have the time to figure this out. Nice vocal melody at the end there!
I've tried recording guitar first, and it's more a challenge that's for sure. Keeping the tempo can be very difficult. My suggestion is to lay down a basic drum track, record the guitar, THEN go back and make tweaks to the drum track to give it a more organic feel.
