This show was awesome. And like many have said this Duo was by far the best. If you guys like this, you’d like “Dude, you’re screwed.” Survival show with a handful of guys who “kidnap” each other and drop them in survival scenarios with handpicked items. It’s definitely my second favorite survival show to this.
These may have had their differences however, the best chemistry from a team to ever happen. They learned each others strengths and weaknesses and used it to their survival advantage. I know now they are much older but, would love to see these two at it again in a survival situation.

Now I didn't mind the second host or partner to Cody, but Dave Canterbury was in my opinion the best of them all and they worked better together than anyone else who came later or after. I owned snake, nothing venomous, my snakes were all constrictors. 2 Burmese Pythons, a California King Snake, a couple Ball Pythons, and 2 Corn snakes. When my Burmese Pythons grew over 10 feet in length, one of them struck me. There is noting more intense and freaky than a Snake of that size coming at you mouth open. My friend's sister had a Snake Farm and they took the pair from me. Snakes are nothing to mess with and Dave being able to locate those Moccasins as camouflaged as they were? Those are skills! Big-time skills. Cody's decision to walk barefoot there was mind-boggling but it showed the trust that they had in one another. Each one had their own identity, their own skills, in different places, areas, situations, whatever. They always seemed work well together and they again trusted the other person's unique talents in different areas. Cody in the desert, Dave in the southern marsh. I did like Joe Teti, the second or the one who replaced Dave, but they didn't really gel like Dave and Cody did.

@@leewightman8619well, I could see snow capped mountains in the distance. When I was in the Himalayas, it was lovely to be in the scorching heat with a constant icy breeze. The mountains were much closer, but the temperatures dropped dramatically at night without the sun to intervene. I think that’s why that area was so variable from day to night.
it has to do with to say it easy.. Clear skies... Daytime sun scorch the ground but nothing remain to conserve the heat at night as nothing blocks it from dissipate. Even at your place it is warmer in daytime that in nighttime..Simple and true.

I loved this show when it first came out. I hope the men are doing well and there not bickering at anything. But this is what made the show the chemistry and there camaraderie toughness and intelligent people. Love the Dominican republic episode very funny 2:23:15
Hey Cody I really like your boat and I think you had a really great idea the only thing that I can think of why it didn't work is for one you should have spread either hot sap or pine oil or resin secondarily I've always seen when a tribe puts those canoes into a stream River or pond they put the whole canoe on the top of the water not tilt into the water so that way it gets equal buoyancy I think that's why plus I wouldn't have put the middle that you left in between sections don't know for sure just a thought
