Dave and cody were my favorite. Teti is not the man for this show. Followed cody and dave from their opening season and cody from his first episode. Just love the way codys heart is truly in the game. He cares about this earth. Dave is a true woodsman. Loved and learned much about survival from these guys. I would love to attend one of their classes

First time watcher. These guys just got me thru 7-9 hours of insomnia. And by ‘got me thru’ I don’t mean I slept to their shows; I mean it helped me not go stir crazy. I’m not sure I could survive anything; I can barely survive a sleepless night. But I do appreciate how constantly interesting this was, for sure. Sad to hear the network disbanded them as a team.
@professor_of_logic it is funny, the OP doubts they can survive things... but by watching and even sleeping to these shows (especially an insomniac/light sleeper) they will retain survival skills.

If Dave didn't have military training,he definitely did his homework! I served 23 yrs with Special Ops Unconventional Warfare. Dave definitely strained somewhere!
The camera man was at the bottom of the incline before them. There were angles of them before they even decended down. So how did the camera man make it down first? some scenes don't quite add up.
They were a great pair. Technically the featured snake is a member of the moccasin family but was a copperhead and indeed does not require much to illicit a bite.

It's been a survival technique used for a long time, and it works even though it's extremely painful, both during and after. For Dave to demonstrate this, it showed that he has some incredibly strong will and well he said that he has a high tolerance for pain. I'd have to say he has an unbelievably high tolerance for pain, wow!
I would love to see them do a collab again for a RUclips or Netflix thing, I’m sure they would get a lot of interest based on all of the recent comments

Again I'm sorry that happened to you. Dehydration is brutal. With what happened to me I can somewhat understand what you went through. Dave and Cody always gave little bits of advice about how to combat Dehydration. Those little survival tips made this show so much better.

This show is great but everytime they talk about calories I always think these boys could go weeks without eating and still have a belly when they leave lol
