Rie's getting more confident as she doesn't introduce herself as "Tasty Producer" anymore instead only says her name and got straight into the video. Good job Rie :)
I really look up to Rie . She is so knowledgeable on Japanese culture and dishes . She is so accomplished . Keep going like that Rie and you will achieve a lot .
love seeing rie make and describe dishes from her native japan :) would love to see more videos of her "making it fancy" and maybe even a video of her speaking japanese :) :)

The kimchi yakisoba is a take on korean “kimchi Bokum Myun” if y’all were wondering. :) The Yakisoba version looks a little milder than what I grew up with. A typical Korean household kimchi Bokum myun would include aromatics like Ginger, Garlic, green onions (both the green and white part) and crushed sesame seeds for garnish. The recipe in the video seems like a better introduction to kimchi, though if I can be totally honest! I’m excited to try the yakisoba version here. The flavour combination looks really yummy!
Thank you so much for the cold Udon recipe.😭🙏 My host mum in Japan made it for me. Okaasan is such a good cook and I really miss her food. She also taught me how to make Gyouza 😊
Kimchi pork fried noodles. That's foul. It's so delicious. Kimchi and pork are fantastic. Because kimchi is a fermented food, there are many lactic acid bacteria and it helps a lot of digestion. I love Kimchi.

My favorite are Top Ramen noodles. It takes a long time to make them, but it is very worth it
The Great CooLite 💀💀💀💀
It is also very difficult to make it
It's the most expensive too
It’s a very costly and time consuming dish, but the flavor payoff and imagery that you get from it is well worth it.

My favorite noodles are pad se ew, especially with some good onions, beef, broccoli, carrots, and other things.
