Meringue is delicious indeed but too sweet for me. Probably the general rule 2 part sugar for 1 part egg white exists for a reason but I wonder if there's any way to reduce the sugar amount.

I love making pavlova! I usually add cacao nibs because I'm always in for that bit of chocolate crunch, and the mini ones are always just so cute!
