Getting off waitlist seems impossible to me because i was on waitlist for 1years. I was so privellge to come across a post about GiG_CONNECT who helped in getting my account activated.
I have been stuck on background for 4 months they say it's an error in the system and they claim to submit a ticket to their technical department to resolve it and they have yet to do so. Meanwhile I was accepted to all the other platforms within a couple days including Uber. The people in support are no help what so every I have called them so many times with no success. Don't know what more to do.
