The apps already have the ability to require selfies before logging in and when accepting the orders. They turn these security measures off as they need idiots to take $3 dollar 26 mile deliveries and as you can see there are alot of them.
Asking spark drivers for ID every time they pick up an order is NOT enough cause people with fake accounts also have fake ID's. So the best way is that walmart associates SCAN every ID just the way we scan customer's ID when delivering alcohol every time they load us.
Call or not advertising it because they recruit people they already know. They don’t have to advertise. That doesn’t mean that they are not out there. We have several stair stores in my area. Were you know the groups of them that use it because they all hang out with each other, and some of them are separate groups that you see constantly getting orders while you can sit there for hours without an offer even coming to your phone. so just because you can’t find where to get one, doesn’t mean that people are not getting them.
I have been doing spark in Miami for over a month and have seen drivers get shopping orders over and over while I am not even getting the notification of available orders. All the delivery order I get are via round Robin are pretty crappy too, like $9 for 5 miles or more.
The associates at my store told me that they have caught ppl with different accts. They use one name for one order then come back using a different name. It is actually happening. I’m tempted to record them just so ppl can hear it from the horses mouth but I don’t wanna invade their privacy.
I saw a guy in the parking lot at a store with 3 phones. He was not a driver he was a coordinator and handed phones to the drivers. He spoke zero English.
My experience with proximity has not been what you say. I can be in the parking space next to the last pickup spot and not get an order for the store that I'm at but instead receive an order for another store that I'm not close to at the time. Ill reject the order (decreasing my AR) and after I reject the order then receive an order for the store that I been sitting at the whole time. It's happened alot and dont understand it. I have even talked to the workere and asked during those times if they have orders or if they are slow and they tell me that they are busy. My AR is usually between high 80's to low 90's (86-93). Been the same experience when it was 93 that it was at 86. Also, I cant get a shop and deliver order for anything anymore. I cant figure it out.
After reading many comments from Spark delivery drivers, it's not really about bots. It's mainly about inside store Walmart employees somehow manipulating the system to give high pay orders to select Spark drivers of their choosing and certain drivers having multiple accounts/phones grabbing up everything. That makes more sense than Bots.
My wife has been doing this for walmart. She went from nights to mornings. She watches like 3 different drivers ( who she believes are a working together ) going in and out while she is lucky to get two small low pay orders for the day. So we agree someone somehow is manipulating the orders. She even had one she accepted that was a good order and was removed and a lesser order was offered. You can only blow so much smoke up someones butt. Someone is manipulating the system. If it was a TRUE round robin you would get more orders.
A buddy of mine just started doing Spark on the side here in New Jersey. He made at least $500 a week first few weeks then it sharply dropped off with low pay orders. I get using bots to snipe high pay orders but I seriously think there's an exploit somehow with inside store workers giving their Spark delivery driver friends those high pay ones.
Forgot to mention my buddy's 2nd biggest gripe right now besides low pay orders are the wait times. Getting to the store at the estimated time it's supposed to be ready to load up but having to sit there 30+ minutes afterwards. Ugh
@@inxanitygaming849...same here......I use to get good offers about 10 months ago.....now they send me offers like 8.00 for 6 miles......I won't even make $1 a mile...and not worth taking ....it would just run my car into the ground., and I truly believe there is some manipulating of the system and yes, possibly bots... Use to be a good gig, now corrupt...WAlmart/Spark needs to investigate this and this is in W. PA.
@@inxanitygaming849im beginning to believe its actually the spark workers. There are so many former spark drivers that are actually working on the phones now. Its something going on and I can’t wait until its exposed
Makes more logical sense that its the employees deciding who gets what especially after accepted than "bots." The orders are distributed over the app.. people have multiple phones multiple accounts sometimes, yeah, every now and then "they get caught" - then you have people like me that actually work and treat this like a job and hustle and always get orders and people look at me funny because at least every hour I got one. Multi-apping screws things up.
So while watching your video i followed the hot spot dot location on the map..and low & it lead me to a certain parking aisle. Low and behold i see one of the main drivers parked on this aisle😂😂 so i see what's going on now. I found a parking spot and im gonna see how this goes. Today has been slow as hell for regular offers. Over 10 extra earnings offers came thru but they disappear as soon as u even breathe. Only 1 trip on a Friday is trash. I hate sitting around like this
It’s looking like the store employees are the bots at the stores around me. I know for a fact that they have the ability to send drivers orders. I cancelled a curbside one day because the wait was too long. I told an employee that at the time was pretty fond of me that I had to cancel because of the wait. He asked me if I still wanted the order and I told him yes. Instantly he was able to swipe the order from another driver who had accepted it after I cancelled. He then sent it back to me and it came in as a round robin. It was in that moment that I knew what I had always speculated was true. They have people inside.
I've been a driver for 8 months and there are several Walmarts in my area. When I go to certain locations I get my order stolen from me and given to someone else because I don't know the Walmart employees well enough and they give the great orders to their friends. Yes, everything you just stated is true. I have a couple of locations where it doesn't happen and I think it's because I talk to the employees and I'm very friendly, especially if they are really busy, so that they don't hold a grudge against me and give my order to someone else.
Thank you for this! I was wondering why every time I would get an offer, it would not even pop up because it was already snatched. Like who is grabbing offers that fast?! Bots make total sense if this is the case. It is so frustrating not being able to get an offer all day. I havent been able to get a decent offer for 2 weeks. I have to be selective as I am older, bad knees, not a big car so I cant get anything too heavy.
I'm wondering if having two phones in one account is sometimes a problem. I used to use two different carriers but found that didn't really make a difference. For whatever reason I seem to do well using a Samsung phone and either a Motorola or OnePlus phone. One phone will work no matter where I'm at with a couple exceptions where only Verizon phone seem to work.
I'm telling you, AR does not make a difference. I have a crappy AR and I get great offers all the time. In my opinion I think how experienced i.e. how many deliveries you've done in total, is how you get great orders first. This is my experience.
There is also a secret AR per store that nobody knows, Justin have a video about it, basically the more orders you accept on specific store the more hidden AR increase for that specific store so
See this is where your wrong I do instacart and the more orders you've done seems to hurt you but it also seems that the way instacart is set up is backwards thinking to for instance I would not have a problem clearing 300 by say 2 in the afternoon now I'm lucky I can make a 100 also see so many new shoppers ,so it's as if instacart is playing the bait game feed the newbies to make it look as if they can make that all the time and after you've done so many deliveries just straight up make your screen blank or just throw you trash orders that they know you don't want to take.
I only run spark in 30 min chunks otherwise I’m late everywhere lol. My spark region is fairly large and legit red lights every block… so I turn back on when I’m about 5 mins from the store and it’s been a lot more efficient and I’m not stessed about being late all the time.
Sad thing about AR is that spark likes to glitch all the time and seems to always only choose the AR rate to decrease...got my AR to 80% and in two days it goes down to 30% and spark says its a glitch drivers are not seeing order notification...No your app is going to make y'all lose honest drivers...I have screenshots proof and nothing has changed

Actually yes, today I have been a Spark driver for 8 days. I started driving with Doordash and Uber Eats a month ago. While I was on a the waitlist. I read somewhere that you should be turning your Wifi off so it doesn’t trying picking up every other places wifi. So today, I drove out to a store that is always busy. I turned on spark and watch the first come first serve offers go so fast I didn’t get a chance to read them. Thinking wow everyone must have a “bot” or something. I received a really crappy round robin offer for 18 stops, 43 miles for $41.00. It had been the only offer I seen get rejected by everyone. I ended up with one offer for the 2 hours I was sitting. I got home tonight and called the support line. Ended up being on hold for 30 minutes but what the service worker told me was well worth the wait. She said to turn my phone off after doing every update that spark requires for at least 3-5 minutes. Then as I get to my store location link myself to the Walmart’s wifi. I should only have to sign in to their wifi once. But each store is a new sign in. She also said they would be evaluating my phone’s app ability for the next 48 hours to make sure I was getting access to all offers. I’m so glad I called even though I was getting plenty of offers my first week, had I known I should be using the stores wifi, I could have done a lot better this second week. After that call I drove to my local Walmart to see if it worked or if I could get anything, it was 8:06pm when I turned the spark app on. Connected to their wifi and at 8:08 I got a shop and deliver offer for $23. For 3.6 miles 10 food items. I hope this helps. Happy Shopping and Delivery to all! 😊
When you don't receive orders, it's because there is not much. Ask the employees they tell you. Things are slow. All these people you see are the people who come get their own orders.
There are some shenanigans at the Walmarts around me.. they ask the driver code and I receive my order. Straightforward. They have tbe ID verification thing sometimes and I always pass it. Not sure how they do these scams..............

Once your Zone is invaded it's game over. Everyone please tell your story and please say what state you are in. I am speaking with Lawyers to try to file a class action lawsuit but we need drivers from every state to tell their stories.
Justin that's false information. RR are indeed hacked and bot users are able to jam Wi-Fi as well. Bot users in South Florida control all the shop and deliver orders on slower days.
@lisakaye3919 No they dont...they only do it when you log out then log back in. They need to do this EVERYTIME before you arrive/start your curbside pickup/shopping order and after you complete the delivery. 😎
They use the bot to accept orders within a range, on one phone, then never click I've arrived on the order and it times out after 30 mins, then they both the order when it comes through again $8.00 higher, repeat. Being able to anticipate when the order is sent out again and with the added $8.00 it isn't hard to have 2 phones and multiple accomplices with bots to snatch them.
My wife accepted the order and as they were taking it to her , it was taken. She was there and had accepted the order and as they were bringing it to her, it got taken away. How about you explain that???!!!!!
At first I didn't believe in bots but noticed lately a bunch of group of people that parks in the loading section only doing shopping orders...I haven't seen a shop n deliver orders in months and my percentage is 99 percent. It's definitely happening... They pay someone as they spoke with other drivers.

Obviously whoever coded the program is working with the Venezuelas the new update you can barely get an order but they getting all the orders and Walmart hasn’t done anything about it? They made a deal with them and a lawsuit definitely coming about perishable goods. Organized crime on both ends

Most new phones in last 3 or 4 years run so much battery saving stuff. Google delayed notifications. If your only getting notifications or timer on rr is way below 60 seconds. That's likely your issue. Can also be tested by refreshing screen at time rr coming out, or random refreshing. This issue of delayed notifications has caused the bot theory to boom. Walmart should be blocking them but are too lazy. Not sure that there are bots though. I think there are a lot of people using 2+ accounts and that's how they are taking all the orders.
International organized crime most certainly has the resources to create their own order picking bot, I keep getting offer notifications but nothing shows up or it's gone before you can even read the first word.
I can talk to the internationals and see if there is anything, but from everything i've seen and everyone I've talked to up to this point, there is no bots because of the way walmart sends out orders. It's more likely that your market is saturated with ~3+ internationals running spark on 5++ accounts each and they are getting all the orders.
At my Store Round Robins have been getting snatched by other drivers! It started on Tuesday August 15th. I confronted a driver that did it and she said it was a FCFS but no other driver at the store saw it pop up.
Why are you confronting another driver? Your both independent contractors and work independently of each other. It's none of your business what another driver is doing. You need to mind your own business and find what works for you.
You keep questioning other drivers. Sooner or later you're going to run up on the wrong one and find yourself in a pickle. Mind your business and not someone elses.
@@AJT-zy9ok My money is my business. When people cheat by using got grabbers to grab orders before Sparks Algorithm then all drivers should say something. SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING.
Fcfs offers do not go out to every driver. I had multiple fcfs offers popping up on my phone today and none of them went out to the driver sitting right next to me. We are using the app as it is intended. It's all based on your own personal algorithms. Accept low ball offers all the time and that's all you're going to get. There is no bottom limit on accepted offers. Reject the 🐂 💩 and you'll eventually start getting good offers.
Yeah but the base pay and tips have hit the floor. In my market the orders have gotten scarce and disgustingly trashy. It has not been worth doing for the last 3 months and certainly not to sit out there in your car in the heat waiting 45 minutes to get the shit loaded in the car. Shop n deliver has gotten more rare also. That's were the money used to be any way, but it's just not there anymore
You pay them, give them your account username and password. Once they have that information they can change your password and steal your account, or they can just not give you a bot and steal the money. They will ask for the money to be sent by venmo or another app, or use bitcoin so the money can't be tracked. Hope this helps!
Yeah, definitely agree. Everything you said about the people. Using 2 phones and picking up other people's orders and stuff like that. S*** makes me so mad. I have never called anybody but I have a friend. That literally reported like 10 people cause the store in deptford. New Jersey is like terrible for this kind of stuff like from what he tells me. i don't really go to that store. Cause it's always problems, but he says that there's always people that are coming with 2 phones and doing the shopping orders. And then he also said that there's a lot of illegal aliens. That will sit outside the store. they look like they are camping its really weird. they have lawn chairs and every thing its really strange I've seen that part myself And they're somehow scamming orders. I don't know if they're using somebody else's account or what, but they're definitely like not from America so I don't see how they could have gotten an account legitimately. one person said that a Walmart employee was some how getting them orders idk how or if that is possible But I don't know, it's definitely a problem. I noticed that this video is from like 2 years ago. Now and now they're doing that face picture thing that I don't think they were doing back when this video was made so I don't know hopefully that helps

I'm so trying this tomorrow morning
I used to be able to sit at my house which is 10 minutes away and get bombarded with orders. Now I barely see anything.

I agree with th showing of the I.d from drivers it is a safety thing etc. for customers
So the best way is that walmart associates SCAN every ID just the way we scan customer's ID when delivering alcohol every time they load us.
it is enough. the employees will catch on quickly if you keep showing them a different ID to match whatever account you’re using at the moment.
@@highwayheroes1454you can’t do that because you are a 1099 worker and you can hire others to help you. They can sue for harrasment
And I’m fine with this if it’s gonna help me get more orders because right now this is my livelihood and this is pissing me off.
@@highwayheroes1454only "works" for a few days then everything goes back to same 💩. You will see...
Yeah, Miami is the hotspot for Venezuelan’s using bots
The associates at my store told me that they have caught ppl with different accts. They use one name for one order then come back using a different name. It is actually happening. I’m tempted to record them just so ppl can hear it from the horses mouth but I don’t wanna invade their privacy.
Those bots are scams. They are one hundred percent stealing accounts from people to resell.
you brought up a LOT of excellent points!!! Thanks for your video.
I have someone at my store that has 4 phones and multiple people running the orders. What info would I need to give Spark to get them deactivated?
If they are 4 separate peoples account there is nothing you can do. If all those account belong to one person then just report the name
I saw a guy in the parking lot at a store with 3 phones. He was not a driver he was a coordinator and handed phones to the drivers. He spoke zero English.
@@carlosmora6052Let me guess, hispanic?
You need the account number off there card to be able to turn them in so taking pictures of plate numbers and what not ain't going to do nothing
Thanks for taking the time to investigate what is going on. 🐿
Damn. This gets deep
Great research video. Appreciate your efforts. Thank you
Thank you for this!
Something is happening i have been doing spark for 13 months and i get maybe 2 orders a day now smh its something they are doing
@@lisakaye3919 agreed
Very informative, thanks for taking the time to do this and share your findings with us Justin 👌... As per your request here is the emoji. 🐿
It does..in zones where there’s not many orders
There is also a secret AR per store that nobody knows, Justin have a video about it, basically the more orders you accept on specific store the more hidden AR increase for that specific store so
NOT TRUE. I have been doing this for 15 months the ppl at the walmart know me personally. Im not getting any orders. Maybe 2 crappy orders a day
See this is where your wrong I do instacart and the more orders you've done seems to hurt you but it also seems that the way instacart is set up is backwards thinking to for instance I would not have a problem clearing 300 by say 2 in the afternoon now I'm lucky I can make a 100 also see so many new shoppers ,so it's as if instacart is playing the bait game feed the newbies to make it look as if they can make that all the time and after you've done so many deliveries just straight up make your screen blank or just throw you trash orders that they know you don't want to take.
Exactly how isn't it fixed? I think they are doing that to detour drivers from the platform.
I was afraid getting a bot grabber installed on my Uberdriver account because of the scam related issues then this tech guy webnet_techz helped me with mine and now I'm getting more income and high orders
And I’ve talked to Sparks support about them sitting around on their phones outside of the Walmart multiple ones like five or six of them and nothing is being done and it’s usually on the weekends
What about using Walmart WiFi , would that have anything to do with getting orders also ? Curious
I used the wifi but not work I got better order without Walmart wifi
When you don't receive orders, it's because there is not much. Ask the employees they tell you. Things are slow. All these people you see are the people who come get their own orders.
Walmart wifi means nothing. It's coming through your device and service provider
There are some shenanigans at the Walmarts around me.. they ask the driver code and I receive my order. Straightforward. They have tbe ID verification thing sometimes and I always pass it. Not sure how they do these scams..............
We have to show our ID when we do shopping orders. I think we should have to also for curbside pickup.
I was afraid getting a bot grabber installed on my Uberdriver account because of the scam related issues then this tech guy webnet_techz helped me with mine and now I'm getting more income and high orders
Also they are from Venezuela and they said they loan accounts from the hackers paying $150 a week and got the Spark Ninja Bot and they can make easy $200-300 a day, I have seen order from low mileage with $30 and up and some times Walmart cancel them and someone else get the order and it’s like 3 miles for $35
So do u can used ninja ? I tried to do it cuz not got any order but not work for me
We put sanctions on VNZL in 2008. The United States devastated their economy. They are using military style tactics to hurt America. One method is to hurt America financially. The Bots are real. Once your Zone is invaded it's game over.
Everyone please tell your story and please say what state you are in. I am speaking with Lawyers to try to file a class action lawsuit but we need drivers from every state to tell their stories.
It’s 100% Venezuelans.
Justin that's false information. RR are indeed hacked and bot users are able to jam Wi-Fi as well. Bot users in South Florida control all the shop and deliver orders on slower days.
wow damn you really did your research lot of info. made a lot great points, this was definitely a immediate like

If Walmart truly wanted to stop this, they would use biometric face scan Before & After every order. That is the only way at this point.
that is wayyyy too much.
@@carter8292No, it's actually not way too much.
Just to get it under control because right now, it's way out of hand.

@lisakaye3919 No they dont...they only do it when you log out then log back in. They need to do this EVERYTIME before you arrive/start your curbside pickup/shopping order and after you complete the delivery. 😎
Spark ninja said the system is currently down their technicians are working on it they don’t know when a date or time that it will be fixed
Yes but it seems on a day that i accepted 90% of my offers my acceptance rate is going down

Right, but, only the round robins affect the AR. How many of those 80% were round robins that you rejected?
At first I didn't believe in bots but noticed lately a bunch of group of people that parks in the loading section only doing shopping orders...I haven't seen a shop n deliver orders in months and my percentage is 99 percent. It's definitely happening... They pay someone as they spoke with other drivers.
Same exact thing in my market. The order grabbers programs somehow take all the best paying orders. Shop and deliver as well as curbside round robins.

I don't think bots actually exist. They're all scams.
Must be because they can detect all sources of traffic tapping their servers. They should be able to quickly deactivate people and block devices that are violating their TOS contracts.
Yeah but they don't I don't think the software they have is good at catching them otherwise it would not be going on.
Are you a bot user? Bc walmart and spark knows
Obviously whoever coded the program is working with the Venezuelas the new update you can barely get an order but they getting all the orders and Walmart hasn’t done anything about it? They made a deal with them and a lawsuit definitely coming about perishable goods. Organized crime on both ends
In my store they don't care about people using multiple accounts.
All they really care about is getting their orders out. They could actually careless who gets what unless a customer makes a complaint
What is your acceptance rate?

Have anyone ever seen a notification but the call is gone before ever popping up? Happens to me daily. So there’s definitely cheating somewhere.
Maybe I should start a channel myself to promote the real true and ways. Maybe not

I would like to know how to block bots for these apps😢

Associates should have to scan the driver's ID before the order is given.
Because some of these drivers have fake ID's
10% ar I get round robins every hour 😅
Yeah but the base pay and tips have hit the floor. In my market the orders have gotten scarce and disgustingly trashy. It has not been worth doing for the last 3 months and certainly not to sit out there in your car in the heat waiting 45 minutes to get the shit loaded in the car.

Nobody will ever know unless you're part of the group of what somebody is actually doing.
Can someone explain to me like I’m a 13 year old how this scam works?
You pay them, give them your account username and password. Once they have that information they can change your password and steal your account, or they can just not give you a bot and steal the money. They will ask for the money to be sent by venmo or another app, or use bitcoin so the money can't be tracked. Hope this helps!

I thinks Spark keeps me around to only take shopping orders vs pickup orders. So unfair.
I wish I could get S&D orders
Thats only all i accept
AR doesnt mean anything FYI
Yeah, definitely agree. Everything you said about the people. Using 2 phones and picking up other people's orders and stuff like that. S*** makes me so mad. I have never called anybody but I have a friend. That literally
reported like 10 people cause the store in deptford.

Acceptance rate doesn’t matter
It doesn't make sense how a bot can give more orders anyway. It comes down to your market area, your metrics and proximity. Im sure multiple phones and others using the account is a big issue though.
