My filter replacement doesn't click in to the locked position. And looking into the housing it looks like water doesn't even flow to the filter, feeling a little scammed tbh
After 25 days of installation the pressure dropped a lot... The water here in NY respects the standards and even so the pressure after 25 days installed is horrible. It was installed as per the instructions and the hot water pressure is normal and the cold water pressure (with filter installed) is horrible. It was fine for the first week, but then it went downhill. Changing every 20 days is very expensive!

I have seen several reviews where after a short time the water pressure decreases to slow. That's a big concern

Your city water is probably pretty bad. Your filter will remove the contamination.
