The very last level was very difficult for me. It took me a while to figure out my strategy, and then it took forever to actually execute my strategy, since my dexterity is not all that great in these sorts of games. Over and over again, lots of cuss words, but I finally did it.

Don Medusa and Medusa don't shoot you unless you're 1 block in front of them, so he had great timing. Being 1/2 a block in front of it doesn't make them shoot.
I know this is TA as it even says so in the title, so a lot is tricky movement, still some of the movement near Don Medusas don't make sense at: 2:30, 6:37, 30:50, 31:10, 32:38, 46:21, 51:21, 52:22, 56:58 and 57:00

On close inspection, it's great timing. He passes through while the Don Medusa is underneath the Emerald block. I had to watch it again too, lol.
Andres Ulloa that wasn't it he grabbed the heart without any protection and the Don Medusa didn't fire at all.
