@Kasha O'Basha Well, if you're lucky and something doesn't take your life while you're young, you'll likely eventually experience ageism. You can write in the future about how much of a joke it is.
I just have to comment that I am watching this as a 56-year-old college student. I love how she says "powerful lifelong process."
What I can’t stand is beauty is defined by youth, I think it’s so weird, why can’t being old be beautiful?

Its gross to publicly sexualize 18, 19 , 20 and 21 year olds who are not even fully devoloped in most cases. Even worse, look at the way we have sensationalized teens since the 1990's. We are told once we are old enough to make our own decisions when many of us didn't have it so great that we were more beautiful when we were MINORS!!!!!! Thats a really sick society!!!!!!!!!
Fantastic video that must be shared. Thanks. Cognitive decline and muscle deterioration and loss of balance etc. can, in most cases be prevented, and even reversed with USE. Use it or Lose it applies to all these.

Ageism is everywhere and it is Bad.
If you are aged and are out and about on a daily basis and around a significant number of people you are a going to hear a few hateful and very negative comments about being an older person.
This lady belongs a special group of people trying very hard to educate and enlighten others about aging.
But she has an enormous task on her hands because I think Ageism is just getting worse.
Don't know when it will end from the looks things it won't be in my lifetime 😕
I define an ageist as someone who has low age tolerance and Acceptance to people. They only tolerate their age category. I think people who want to do things that are not supposed to be common in their age categories are often stigmazied and discriminated.
Also the concept of Age fluidity would be s very controversial topic.
And just like other forms of prejudice, it is so stupid and it's a lose lose game. No one benefits from it.
No shame in my game. The older I get, the less I care what other people think.. either that or I just can't remember what people say about me anymore. ha

Ageism is an issue in many areas…. It makes money. They charge me more for rentals, at 20 then 40.. and insurance, a girl my age won’t date when 22 will want a 30 year old guy… is there a system to classify how is not acceptable? No it’s stupid because you have to reach an age to get that unfairness…SMh

Why do people get old and die?
The words of God is not a made up Book, but it came from Israel. It is written in the words of God His original plan that the people on earth will not get look old nor die but live forever. Adam and Eve committed sin, death entered and it ended life. The good news is the Lord God will restore the earth back as the Garden of Eden.
Acts 3:21
Whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.
There are two kinds of people in this world: Children of Israel and Gentile. It used to be the world is only filled with the Gentile people. It is written in the words of God, He called the Gentile people ungodly because they only live by whatever they think is right and counsel of their own hearts. They are like animals that have no understanding between good and evil.
Ecclesiastes 3:18
I said in my heart, “Concerning the condition of the sons of men, God tests them, that they may see that they themselves are like animals.”
They built their own nations and governments, wrote laws that they can only follow, and formed religions that they can only believe. Many of them even named themselves after the name of the Christ for believing they can live forever even without obeying the Law that the Lord Jesus gave to Moses.

The result of disobedient life, people get sick, old and die without knowledge why these things happen to them.
Job 36
If they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures. But if they do not obey, they shall perish by the sword, and they shall die without knowledge.
The Lord God who is the God of love showed mercy to them; He called Abraham out of the Gentile people and washed him by making him follow His laws and commandments. The Lord God’s intention through Abraham’s seeds that He will build a country as Israel where the Gentile people can seek His truth about their lives on earth and live by it, so that they can live as the tree, you cut it down but it grows back, and not as the animals.

So, Israel became a teacher of the Gentile people to guide them to the path of truth where they can regain forever life. Israel committed sin by crucifying the Lord Jesus. The Lord God took His Kingdom from them and gave to the nation that will guide the people of Gentile to the truth. This Kingdom is called Mount Zion, Heavenly Jerusalem. It is now located in the east part of the earth. The Book of Isaiah called it PLACE OF FEET OF GOD.

The glory of Lebanon shall come to you, the cypress, the pine, and the box tree together, to beautify the place of My sanctuary; And I will make the place of My feet glorious.

Senior citizens had their chance to make their impact on the world. Get out of the way and let the current generations change the world for the future instead of trying to repeat the failed ideas of the past.
