JACKFRUIT NUGGETS (VEGAN MEAT SUBSTITUTE)

In this video, I will share with you how I make delicious vegan jackfruit nuggets.
Ingredients:
280g (9oz) Young jackfruit
35g (1/4 Cup) Flour
125ml (1/2 Cup) Coconut milk
25g (1/4 Cup) Breadcrumbs
Enough oil to fry
Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Smoked paprika powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin
1/4 Tsp Fennel
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Garlic powder
