I’m a vegan! I loved meat for years (especially steak and chicken). However since eating meat “imitations” we get to enjoy the taste without the suffering. I can’t deny that meat tasted good. Because boy did it! However eating plant based alternatives made me feel much better! I get to eat the “meat” without going to bed at night knowing I have eaten a live sentient being with a nervous system. The one thing I never miss about eating meat is getting that “wrong” bit of meat in my teeth (a piece of grit) and having to spit it out with disgust as I simply couldn’t chew through it or swallow it. And all meat eaters know about this! I love my vegan alternatives. And the animals who are being slaughtered (such as cow, goat, sheep) etc are grazing on greens. Greens are the way to go! You can’t force beliefs onto anyone! It’s all about “live and let live” !
For the pleasure of a kleptomaniac, is there a way to mimic robbery without actually stealing something? I mean, what's wrong with this generation? If something is not good, our ancestors use discipline. But we nowadays fool ourselves. We even advance our clock 15 or more minutes ahead so we don't get late. I thought we're wiser than our predecessors.

It's called meat because it looks like meat and tastes like meat. In fact, "meat" used to mean "grains", back in the way! So even if it just has meaty vibes it's already good enough to be valid

There's no ethical consumption under capitalism, so even though the idea of vegan meat sounds good, watch what happens to the animals when they're made redundant.
What will happen to the animals? They will stop being bred for exploitation and slaughter, land can be re-wilded to grow trees to cut carbon in the atmosphere and your grandchildren will survive instead of dying due to temperature increase causing no water and failed crops. Bet that's too much rational thinking for someone like yourself.

All foods need to be "ultra" processed to reduce contamination.

Less than for actual meat where you have to raise an actual animal
