I’m from Sri Lanka. Jackfruit is sort of a main food that we eat in a spicy curry base. Real slow cook on fire in a clay pot. We pick the fresh ones straight off the trees. Now that I live away, I find the cans are really handy. And your jackfruit croquets looks sooo good. I can literally eat through the screen 😁 cheers!
