    Just want to applaud these series with this instructor. I take her 60 minute vinyasa beginner flow religiously. The changes in my life, breath, and body have been amazing. I even moved from the East Coast to West Coast to pursue my dreams. I leave my anxieties on mat, and take the benefits of the practice into my day. THANK YOU so much Floating Yoga School!

    I'm 6 months pregnant and really needed this for back pain and opening up the hips (and I used blocks to make adjustments for the baby belly). Such a perfect pace and length of class. Helen nails it again with the gentle-yet-challenging approach. Thank you, Helen!

    I have SI joint problems and frequently return to this video whenever I have a flare-up. It really is the perfect lower back class! Just wanted to say thank you. When I woke up this morning, I was feeling awful and after this class, I'm moving around pretty well again.

    it was cool to see how my body started versus ended using the reclined butterfly pose. I also loved the multiple mulasanas!

    I really like your cue to bring bring toes together before straighten the leg back and you.Feels so much better on hips and when feet alignment.Thank you 🙏🙏🙏.

    Dear Helen, just wanted to say thank you so much for your classes! We just discovered your channel and start getting into it... still beginner level, but we love it already. Last week we did the 45min Twisting Detox, which we really liked a lot. Trying to join your class room 1-2x / week from now on ;-) By the way: being live inside the class with you as our teacher and many other people just boosts motivation. Very cool! Thanks.

    Honestly, I try to scan through RUclips for classes that match the enjoyment and satisfaction I get from these and I just can't!? To the use of vocabulary, variety of poses I've or alternative poses I've never used to the right intensity and challenge. You're fantastic! I've had this and several other of your videos bookmarked now that I repeat as often as I find the time to practice them, I appreciate all you do :)

    Hello dear Helen 🥰 you are my life miracle I had a lot of pain in my back and since I have done youga with you I get rid of that horrible pain thank you so much and I appreciate it so I ask you please to teach me some movement for damage wrists 😔 I do youga with difficulty because I have a lot of pain in my wrists and I don’t know what to do about it so please help me great lady 🙏

    Thank you. I have a technical question: when you cross your ankles standing, do your feet form almost a tight ballet third position or are the toes both pointing forward? Also, thought you might find it interesting that my joints are okay with my going down dog to up dog as long as I skip the vinyasas. Amazing how different the two sides can me in cow pose! Thanks for posting your classes.

      Hi Suzanne! My toes point mostly forward when my ankles are crossed standing. I've heard some teachers cue "pinky toes touch" but I find most people aren't quite THAT crossed. Does that make sense?
      Thank you for sharing! Everyone's body is slightly different so it's soooo good to learn what works for you and what doesn't. And it's always a great reminder for me as a teacher.
