I had a dream this night, on the 30th of november. I saw an older man behind the drums. Thought it was Peter Criss at first, because he had that kind of a shorter hair. I walked towards him. The world around us was in colored white. He gave me a big smile and he said - Hi, i'm Eric Carr. And i could see that it was ❤
Eric Carr was such a wonderful and sweet human being, he didn't deserve the fate he got, his soul will forever live on, we will all love and remember the fox, R.I.P.
Eric Carr as a human personality was drastically underrated and under-appreciated for his time. 'The Fox' persona and makeup was sadly never fully realized, it was too brief for 70s KISS fans who wanted more of it, including the idiot Vinnie Vincent's Pharoah Warrior. The COTN tour should have been a 'lost cities' showcase in places not played during the Dynasty tour in North America, as was the Elder time with Ace Frehley still relatively in the mix.
He really was a great drummer and a nice guy. I hated to hear Paul Stanley putting him down in his autobiography. Ironically, the things that he made fun of Eric for were the things that the fans loved. He was unaffected by fame, he was approachable, he wasn't spoiled and he cared about fans. Big talk from Paul Stanley with his lisp from hell. He wasn't perfect. Once you hear it, you can't unhear it.
Eric Carr brought so much joy into this band, he will forever be missed by many
