While there used to be a link here and I could restore it, probably, I'd really rather not. Kouri did mention he didn't like fangames and I'm pushing it uploading the video, much less providing a link to it. As silly as I think that rule is, that is his right.

Even though it's a non canon ending it might just be the best one. It may end with Ib dying but at least she chose to die instead of Garry torching Mary or Mary plucking his rose. At least she chose to be trapped in that world and besides since Ib is a silent protagonist I find those two more interesting than her anyway. There are a lot of good things about this ending. It's sad that Ib died but again at least she was able to chose unlike all the other endings where any death was being killed by another.
is Mary the only one who remembers Ib because she's not truly a real person (from the fabricated world)? and Garry doesn't remember, right? ;-;

Estrella Rose I mentioned this a while back. Huh. Anyway, I tried a second take a while ago, and there were... Complications. As soon as I can get them sorted out, I'll have a version with sound up. In the meantime, apparently the game has a save leading straight to the ending on it by mistake, so, if you'd like, go for it.
I find it incredibly sad how Mary is the only one that remembers. ;_;

This is my favorite ending even though it's so sad.
I mean, my first ending was "The Painting's demise" so I really felt bad killing Mary.
I like this one because Mary and Gary get together but I hate that Ib has to die.
"Promise of Reunion" is seems happier but driving Mary mad to then kill her and leave her all alone is not nice either.
It shows that not every story ends well for each character.

A sacrifice... in the truest sense, is the very image and beginning of nobility...
I believe that the word "noble" doesn't refer to one born of high birth, but rather one willing to sacrifice one's life for others joy. Such people are quite rare, that even if one appears before you, you would never be able to discern it. It shows itself... only when it's too late.
Was I the only one tearing up after watching this? Or am I too into the characters?

There's actually an ending where Mary, Garry, and Ib all go back together. I'm not sure how it worked though... I just watched the last episode of a play through and that's the first ending they got.

This was so good. I actually wish that this was a canon ending you can achieve in the game. Although I'm not really that fond of Mary, I have to admit that I have great sympathy for her in this fan-made ending. Especially the part when Garry questions Mary (who is now his sister) about where the candy in his pocket went, saying that she shouldn't steal things from others, and all Mary says is _"I'm sorry...I'm really, really sorry..."_ I think that Mary is genuinely apologizing for her actions in the Fabricated World. She's sorry about trying to harm Garry, manipulating Ib, and even attempting to hurt Ib at one point in order for her to stay by her side, so that they could leave the Fabricated World together without Garry. This was Mary's primary objective - to break free from the gallery, and finally have a companion by her side forever. Most of her misdeeds were caused by extreme desperation to make her plan into a reality. Also, to top everything off, Mary must now face the reality that Ib is gone, and forgotten by everyone else except for her. Garry is now with her, but ultimately, Mary wanted _Ib_ by her side. When she finally reaches Ib's painting _"Goodbye,"_ Mary realizes that this is the only proof of Ib's prior existence.

I actually did not like Mary either... I thought she was sweet at first but...
although she was a child and I love children...
she would go and ruin other people's lives in order to make her own the way she wanted it.
I really wanted to love her but she was so very awful.
she knew that being stuck in that world would be awful but she wanted to leave someone in that world to suffer while she lived outside of her world.
she wanted to destroy Garry to get what she wanted and I just began to truly hate her.
Garry is my favorite because he truly cares about them and I truly hate Mary because she is just so cruel.

She thought of that as an excuse as to why he should stay behind or why he should be dead... she sometimes would ignore it but...
she was so cruel!
Mary can be sweet but she never really had the kindest heart.
I thought it was best that she died in the game... I got sad about it but I felt that she would become quite the monster and also realize how awful our world can be...

if you could leave with all three then I would be glad because Ib and Garry would teach Mary about what the world is like...

Holy hell, I've finally done it. After... What, two years now? I dunno. Anyway, the new one is much better. Less blocky font and there's actually SOUND. I'd advise checking that one out over this one.

Well... before I used to like the Forever Together ending... but after this I think this topped that one... and this makes me want an ending where all 3 of them are happy together...

Mary crying and saying "I'm really really sorry" hit me hard. Mary isn't apologizing for stealing the candy, she's sorry for hurting Garry and Ib. She didn't have much choice. She didn't want to hurt them, but she felt like she had to. She's sorry, and that was the first time she got to apologize.

I actually read a fan ending called ib's sacrifice on wattpad and that made me bawl but when you added that as a set into actions ending I start bawling even more😭😭😭🌹😖💔
after much planning and logic i finally made a good everyone live ending!
okay so i skipped a bit but cause i dont want to bore you so this is the part where ib tries to burn marys painting. tell me if you like it and ill make improvements on it later. remember to share.
mary stared in shock at what her friend was holding, a flame over her portrait. for every human here they have a rose to represent their heart. for every painting a portrait and the painting becomes whatever the portrait becomes, in this case pile of lifeless ashes, and holding that is ib, the calm girl who doesn't express much of her feelings. but is showing a face of pure hatred, of anger, of loss. "what are you doing ib?" ib stared at her with an evil eye and replied "im going to kill you" mary taken aback by the word said "but why i thought we were friends and that we could escape here happily" "i thought that too" ibs voice suddenly went soft almost merciful "i thought we could be friends, but now after what you've done, it is clear that will never happen. goodbye mary i truly liked you" "wait ib please dont" ib lit the portrait "ib please dont! im sorry im sorry!" and ib replied in a tone almost evil voice "i dont forgive you"
"haaaaah!" a wailing voice came out of nowhere and a trail of water splashed across the fire, putting what evil it may hold, out. ib was the first to respond "garry?". garry catching his breath let out a sigh. that was a close one, ib you know you shouldnt be playing with fi-" garrys sentence was interrupted by a sudden tackle to the chest from ib. "ib what are you-", "im glad." ib said in soft sobs "im so glad your awake" with tears running down her cheeks. garry looked at her and smiled "you didnt think i just leave you right?" garry then turned to mary who was staring at him with small tears forming. "i guess you want a hug to huh?" he joked. "why?" "how?"garry took some time to recollect his thoughts "heh it might take some time to explain how but. i ca explain why so-" "why?" mary cut in "i tried to keep you here for ever, tried to hurt you tried to kill you! why did you save me i dont understa-" marys sentence was interrupted by garry grabbing her and forcing her into a group hug "you know its rude to interrupt people. i saved you because i found something that i never told ib about." garry took out a book, written in bad handwriting was marys diary, "i kinda read this and saw how you were alone and wanted a real friend. and even though your methods are questionable im sure we can still be friends, so mary what do you sa-" garrys words were once again interrupted but not by words but by guilt and tears "im sorry i so sorry i was scared i panicked i thought you would leave me behind with ib like father did and never come back for me! im sorry for plucking your rose im sorry for threatening you i-" she went on like she was confessing to god."im sorry im sorry i-" this time Mary was stopped, but not by tears guilt words or anger just a close hug "im sorry too i thought you were evil, i thought you were going to hurt ib just because you were a painting so im sorry for that and besides if you can cry tears im sure you can be our friend too and we can go together, is that fine?" mary stared at garry for a while and just clutched him tightly and continued sobbing not in pain sadness guilt jealousy, she cried in happiness, like none she ever felt before. "sigh" "whoever see he day i have to girls crying and sobbing over me, literally" he looked at the two and gave a contempt smile "well i guess we all just have to get out together if we want to be happy and that's a promise."
"he he he" a voice of pure spite reached out through the museum. " this has gotten quit interesting indeed, whoever thought he could win over lady Mary." "hehehe" "im gonna have fun with this" and as the peaceful events go on below, an evil presence starts forming above, "even when garry promised that they will all get out, he knows deep inside that may not happen, and if they all cant get out. he will choose to stay" "thats because thats the man he is. like the gentle king, no not gentle. the blue king! hehe that sounds good" the blue king the painted yellow lady and the red princess and the black rose. chapter end

Almost all endings that related to Garry outside of the Fabricated World (not the Promise of Reunion Ending) seems absurd. He has some kind of brain damage or so.
SAD ENDING!!! MOST SADEST OF ALL
I just thought of something, maybe everything in the museum are people trapped in paintings, and the dolls are people who died and their spirit stayed there until they went insane and the pictures of humans are depicting their descent into madness and it's happened so many times it filled the entire gallery, and the crawling women who chase you try to do what Mary does and take your place, and Guertena created the painting that is the staircase down to trap people, so people would remember him as a great artist.

I'm pretty sure this ending isn't in the real game. I've gotten all the endings, and have never gotten this one.

as much as i utterly love this ending, i cant help feel that no nine year old would do that...
Pretty sure a 9 year old is capable of putting other people before themselves. Though, Ib isn't your typical 9 year old. Even Mary is closer to a typical child and she's homicidal.

Only a rare few humans can sacrifice themselves for others. They willingly suffer a fate though different from Ib who wanted to save Gary and grant Mary's wish... by suffering in her stead. Dying in that world to become it's princess.

YAY!! It makes sense now!! Since Garry and marry left, Ib is no longer existing. So the parent aka mom said they thought about making a kid. But that was very very very nice of Ib to choose them both
I personally like this ending. It really does seem like Ib was forced by the creators, but it goes well with the story. Esp the thought Mary has all the memories, regardless of outcome, and if either Gary or Ib steps out, they lose them. I like this ending too.

The font in the game is kinda screwed up for me, is there a patch i can use to fix this?
While I'm not an expert on the topic, the font seems to look super blocky as shown in the video only on older computers. It's supposed to be a lot thinner.
Unless it's something else, in which case, I dunno.
Its just that it looks blocky in the file itself too ;-;
I just thought you should know, you kinda left your save file for this ending in the download, so...kinda cancels out your last statement in the description...

Plus she doesn't remember her being the monster to kill them because of life. Life wanted Ib cause she solved it all, instead of failing and wilt from the traps.
I get it now.
Mary remembered Ib, so she wasn't hungry, sick, nor weird she was just depressed since Ib took her life to save them. Garry didn't remember because he was human, or normal. Mary was part of the exhibit so she was able to remember but she turned a little human, so she didn't remember much. They didn't remember there fates, so life put them in a family, to remember...
this ending is canon technically unless they make a second game. Until then all endings in this game are completely canon.

No this isn't a real ending. This is a fanmade ending so this isn't cannon. In any official version of the game, if you've managed to keep Garry alive to get the golden ending, Garry will not let you proceed until he investigates what's behind the vines, which ultimately leads to having to burn down Mary's painting. You really have no choice in the matter here because our trusty companion won't leave the toy box otherwise.
I'm assuming that in this version of the game, they change it so you can proceed regardless of killing Mary. This keeps them both alive so that you have the option at the very end on whether to save one, the other, or both. However, this is only an assumption, because I never played this version of the game.
