Well done Foxy you put a lot of people to shame mate. You and York a legends. It’s great seeing your videos and reading what you have got up to and get up to since our school days x
Hello. I suffer from Cone-Rod Dystrophy, wished to learn how to train dogs, can't cook and I found this video amazing. Thank you for sharing and all the best!
My stove/ovenwasher,dryer are all marked for me to also do my laundry, the stove and oven are good for me to safely use them when I do cook and bake my meals and desserts.I am also legally blind with limited vision and I use a white cane
See it my way 1 It was a bit of fun and the biscuits were great. You never know until you give it a go. Thanks for watching and look after yourself. Have a great day!
Russell Fox Kerry told me she could see it in the video. I had no idea it was there until I put my hand on it. Definitely had some fun with this. Cheers mate.
Great video. There are also easy dog biscuit recipes out there as well, I’ve tried a couple. And of course I have to try a biscuit to make sure they are up to par
Hi steve, even though your baking video is 3 years ago your video is easy to follow and understand,I now have the same talking measuring cup machine but my machine lets me know how to measure in grams,I use a green coffee machine to make my herbal and decaf teas
Thanks for watching. I'm glad you got something out of the video. I really do need to make some more. Thanks for inspiring me. I love my coffee machine as well. Have a great day. Cheers!
Brilliant cooking video. Just a tip you could have used your spatula to mix the flour in. I’m having to relearn my cooking from scratch skills as when I lost most of my sight 4 years ago I pretty much gave up cooking. I love that you give it a go, that you talk to your scales, and that you laughed when you found the prodigal butter. I talk to my scales, and I say thank you to them when I finish using them (I also thank Siri and Alexa) my scales insist on randomly switching on and scaring the heck out of me though... especially freaky when I’m sitting with my 2 kitties in the living room and I suddenly hear “Power on” from the kitchen.
Lynne Nicholson i’m glad that you talk to your scales as well. I’m not sure I could trust somebody that didn’t talk to the scales. Ha ha. It would be mean to just ignore them. My sister actually pointed out that I could’ve use the spatula as well. But thanks for the tip. I’m really glad you liked the video. Thanks for watching. Have a great day!
Great video. I have echo dots around the house, and several compatible appliances. I can tell the dot to turn on the microwave for 10 seconds and, boom, it is running. My oven was supposed to work with the dot, but LG software has not yet developed properly. However, the range part will work with my smart phone.
This recipe sounds great - I have some sultanas in my cupboard, so may have to give it a go. Those gloves are great idea - even though my vision loss isn’t too significant yet, I still manage to burn myself a bit without protection!
Sarah M. Hughes I really do love those biscuits. You should give it ago. And those gloves are fantastic. It means I can reach into the oven with confidence. I use them with the barbecue as well. Thanks for watching. All the best. Cheers!
Hey Steve! These biscuits sound delicious! I'll have to give them a go! I am terrible at cooking too (not due to my visual impairment - just my lack of skill!) but I think I could give these a go! Hope you and York are well!
oh my god Steve, those biscuits sound delicious - I will deffo give that a go. Its really funny about York shaking his head a flapping his ears to get your attention - Spencer foes that too, at first I wondered what he was up to, but soon realised, he only does it when I haven't been paying attention lol, for example, when he wants something, he will up to me and give me a nudge with his head, if I dont acknowledge that and he really wants something, he gives his ears a real good flap about lol. Great to see another video from you matey
Low-Vision UK - Terry's View those biscuits are really good you should definitely give it ago. Yes it’s funny what they pick up. York Will Bop me with his nose but if he is on the other side of the room and he wants my attention he will flap his ears. And I suppose because I react to that he keeps doing it. Glad you liked the video. Have a great day. Cheers!
When Vera wants to go outside she looks at me, she looks at the door, she looks at me. So has York been taught to flap his ears to be let out or did he learn it?
Christopher Millhouse it’s just something he started doing. I suppose it works for him so he keeps on doing it. It’s funny how they pick things up. Sometimes I think he can read my mind. Thanks for watching. Cheers!
Thank you for the video. Soltanas? I have never heard of that. I am just glad you put out another video! So, when do I expect this delivery? 😂😂 Have an awesome day and stay healthy! Puppy Raiser, Jannell
Jannell Meagher I think you might call them currents. The biscuits are great. When you come to visit I’ll make some. Thanks for watching and have a great day!
@@jannellmeagher638 sultanas are called golden raisins in the USA according to Google and are dried green grapes, raisins are are dried for about 3 weeks and are a darker colour and generally tend to be made from red grapes, currants are a smaller variety of grape dried in the same way. Google is my friend

Try spraying the oil into a paper towel and then rubbing the oiled towel on the baking sheets.
Buddy Collier Great tip. I will definitely try that. As you can tell I’m still working things out. Thanks for watching. Have a good one!
Fantastic video Steve, loved watching it and was cracking up waiting for you to find that piece of butter on the bench
