How does fire alarm activation work in these hi-rise condos? Let's say you or tenant burn popcorn and an alarm is triggered. Is the fire department required to come out and deactivate the alarm from a central control panel and bill the unit $1500 or so for the services?
You have to actually rent the unit throughout the year to get the 11k. If this were realty Trumo would rent the unit to help pay legal fees. Can't trust someone who's engaged in fraud for the last 10 years and filed bankruptcy at least 5 times

watched the whole video with an open mind because i'm an investor... there is a fee for every little thing, so many rules. the HOA is super high. The brand cuts the market to only trump suck ups. one of the many red flags is that getting financing is difficult because lenders know the numbers.. i feel bad for the people that have to peddle these things.
Yeah a lot of Vegas residential properties and hotels selling condos is so outdated !!! As a local I know ! Drive around the strip and the apartments around there looks like something out of Resident Evil movie !
How completely and absolutely impersonal. The whole "business" of buying, renting, etc. IMO Also, how many people find it appealing to wake up with an oven, a sink, and a frig at the foot of their bed?!?!? LOL Ugh.

Not a huge amount different. Just a smaller buyer pool.

only reason why I wouldn't do it is cause when I go work for a few months I can't leave my car there, so many little things
The HOA fee is the main killer here. With 1000-1200$ a month HOA fee it almost feels like you dont own it.
We hear what you’re saying, but that HOA is very typical on most high-rise properties because maintenance is very expensive.
