    Imagine spending 1.5 million to look at a highway ramp

    Too bad this is not a higher floor unit… not a fan of being eye level with the Harmon offramp.

      We live in a world where turkeys are real and bacon is real. And people buy turkey bacon.
      We live in a world where crickets are real and flour is real. And people buy cricket flour.
      We live in a world where oats are real and milk is real. And people buy oat milk.
      We live in a world where organically grown produce is real and seaweed is real. And people buy organic seaweed.
      So when you make a joke about ground floor penthouses it gets added to my list above. I live in a ground floor penthouse with a basement. It makes perfect sense.

    This is not in my price range anyway, but just saying, looks great apart from the kitchen. Dark colours make it look closed in and gloomy, a bit overpowering. Apart from the kitchen, it really looks a fantastic place.

    Are you able to ever negotiate hoa fees with a high rise community?

    Very nice unit, with a lot of really neat qualities, but not a fan of some of the color choices especially in the kitchen and especially for those counters. Kind of interesting to have something different in that kitchen, but too dark and dreary for an everyday experience.

    Well overpriced, and you have to pay over 2K a month for HOA

    • @sunchips5
      @sunchips5 3 часа назад

      The HOA monthly dues are bone-crushing, especially when compared against a price that's slightly over $1 million.

    • @thethomasgrouplv
      @thethomasgrouplv  3 часа назад

      @sunchips5 the cost of maintaining a high-rise building is extremely expensive. A lot of people aren’t aware of the cost of this. Just look at what happened in Florida when you don’t maintain high-rise buildings. This is one of the reasons why the HOA fees are so high.
