Went there once in 2011 or 2012. Full chef’s tasting. Best experience at any restaurant ever.

@@noahnellis3622 just seeing the videos of the head chef of this restaurant and seeing how seriously he takes having fresh ingredients, this whole video just seems like he’s reaching for criticisms lol

Come on ... don't say rip off... it's so disrespectful... the amount of work that goes Into just getting the ingredients let alone the prep and testing etc etc... you have to remember that there is no such thing as perfect. Don't go to a michelin star restaurant with this expectation... learn about the chef and his/her vision then when u eat the cuisine u can understand it and appreciate it on a level of personalization. Remember chefs cook their interpretations of a cuisine they represent then u as a guest go. You are eating their cuisine. Tell me who harvests those scallops? What depth that fish is caught.... Mannnnn I never react to these things but I operate my own boats to get the seafood I serve.. my crews have almost died numerous times so before u critique things have some credibility otherwise to us In the real world of this life... the 100 hour weeks and sacrifices u just look ungrateful. We care that we kill things to bring people pleasure so be grateful u can eat it... be grateful u can watch it.
Van Gogh died thinking his art was a joke to the world ... think about that!
      Mannnn get a clue bro
      Good night

@@kingsalmon2572 at $300 a person I'm not worried about hurting the chef's feelings, he's laughing all the way to the bank. I want to be full after a meal that expensive.

@@jonoghue you know the price going into it. You know what you are going for.
You're not going to that place for what you want, you're going for what they do.
If you want what you want they go where you want. Making comments like that just makes you look like a douche and by that response clearly that's what you are.
