This was too good ma'am... Could you kindly do one for the various syndromes and genes related... Whether loss of function or gain of function...That would be of great help
eMedicoz has a video on genetic basis of cancer. Do go through it. Facebook club has posts on syndromes. And different chromosome wise analysis of genes. I'll try to put up more summaries.
Mam do AML M4 is more mature form than M3 and if so then why in M3 HLA n cd 34 is present but not in M4 .and why mpo is not present in monoblast cell even though it is part of myeloid lineage
@vivek kumar excellent Q. All AMLs are Acute Myeloid Leukemias.
Pluripotent Stem cell->Myeloid Stem cell (G/M) ->Myeloblast -> Promyelocyte->…..->…… -> Neutrophil. MPO is a differentiated marker for granulocytes and monocytes (more intense in granulocytes than monocytes, therefore considered a granulocyte marker) M2 Pluripotent Stem cell->Myeloid Stem cell (G/M) ->Monoblast->Promonocyte->Monocyte thats why, when differentiated monocyte markers are present, it will be M4 or M5 M3 = Acute Promyelocytic leukemia M4 = Acute Myelomonocytic leukemia M5 Acute Monocytic G= Granulocyte M=Monocyte @Pathodoodles By Deeksha Sikri M3 is promyelocytic leuk, so, I feel, the explanation at 8:55 shd be ..."not M3 since monocyte markers are present."
Bone marrow aspirate sent for flow cytometric immunophenotyping analysis is hemodiluted and shows ~ 2.3% CD45 dim+ blasts which are CD13+, CD33+, CD34+, CD117+. Advice:- Correlation with bone marrow biopsy for exact blasts percentage can anyone tell me what is in above report
Just revised all the markers from the notes and then saw this... It's wonderful mam.. thanks a lot ❤️😍

M3 it's not there because PMC are more mature than myeloblasts. M4 has both myelo and monoblasts. So it's there.

Thanqq so much madam 😘🙏🙏🙏
Ma'am in question 4 are there 2 types of cell or just one cell is expressing both cd19 and mpo?
Could be either! They can be differentiated on further markers. But here we took same cell expressing both. Hence MPAL.
@@Dickykutty thank you so much ma'am
Wow
Awesome ma'am 🙏
I've been binge watching all your videos lately..be it on emedicoz or GT solution or here on RUclips 😃

Yes, can be.
