If a specific question is asked for example : surgical management of BPH.
So, we have to write the specific answer or we should write its causes, symptoms , diagnosis with brief management.

1. The first impression is the last impression ( how u write ur 1st qstn matters alot)
2. Always write in classified manner ( intro, classification, causes, clinical features )
3. Always write what you know first
4. Draw , draw & draw ( diagrams )
5. Make flowcharts
6. Make boxes and clouds
7. Time management
8. Neat & clean presentation
