      Yes that’s too ...
      But a clear picture of myeloperoxidase and as cytoplasmic mpo marker is used to identify via flow cytometry...

    Bone marrow aspirate sent for flow cytometric immunophenotyping analysis is hemodiluted and shows ~ 2.3% CD45 dim+ blasts which are CD13+, CD33+, CD34+, CD117+.
    Advice:- Correlation with bone marrow biopsy for exact blasts percentage
    what is the meaning of above report ??

      It means the bone marrow shows 2.3 prrcent myeloblasts . Since less than 5 percent blasts are normal in a bone marrow , a conclusive opinion has not been given in the report
