Would love to know what he you were working on at the armpit subs cap trigger point? Then did you work outside edges of pec major or was it serratus anterior with the finger poke releases?
of course i am here bcause i just had the weekend of hell with my shoulder.........seems to be easing up now but if not better soon i shall check in with the chiro.........its not just the pain, its the lack of sleep that it causes.
