Hi Alex, thank you so much for sharing these great tips in all your video. I've been watching many of your videos recently and you truly made me feel a lot more inspired. I have one question regarding the sequence of learning SQL -> Tableau/Power BI -> Excel -> Python, would you advise going deeper in each one before moving to the next, or trying to learn the basic for each of them in that sequence before diving deep into one or all of them?
I would say entry level will be fine for your next attempt. When come to a complex project, you will review which aspects you have to learn more about.

Only 1 year and this video is completely useless. “No experience,” “Just got out of high school but need a job,” well you’re NOT becoming a Data Analyst in 2023. 2+ years experience required by virtually all jobs, even entry level.
Any entry level job is gonna have absurd qualifications like that i've even seen 3+ years and a bachelor's degree required for a very low paying entry level job it was practically an internship advertised as a full time. It wasn't data analytics, it was building xbox controllers for Corsair but i applied and got an interview, with no experience, no college, only a few simple projects. Most requirements for most jobs especially anything tech related is fluff made up by clueless HR people.
@@nathanwhite704 That’s a good point, the only job in the tech industry I’ve ever really tried to seriously apply to was a Game Tester job in SoCal. They took that shit so seriously it was astonishing to me. “How many languages can you program in? If you were playing a new game with X and Y spec requirements, which of these 3 motherboards, as well as which of these 3 graphics cards would you purchase? Out of these 3 answers, which is the correct path a coder would take to fix a Bug in an MMORPG with 10,000 active players, wherein characters randomly glitch through the floor in certain areas of the world map?” . So now when I’m looking at all these “entry level” data jobs I get discouraged because of that experience with something I thought was just going to be “Take this Xbox game, play it for the next 2 weeks, report back all the data you can.”
