I'd say he was pretty tempted by striker's offer - maybe not as much to actually join, as much as how great of a fantasy it sounded to him. Plus, he's pretty good at switching between his emotional states on the fly. So while he was probably acting, he was really into the idea. I’ve gone through several bad relationships too, to where I find trouble fully believing my connection with my over 4 year partner sometimes. I remember watching this show a while back and I knew it was great show but DAMN I forgot how hard this show goes. The emotional bits with blitz, the animation (esp. in 6), this show is so good
This show does an amazing job at character development and growth. Both your understanding of the character's past and current state grow, but also the character themselves grows as well. Two different type of character development, and usually shows will neglect one or the other. As a side note, I think the reason the Stolas X Blitzo ship is so popular and defended despite being toxic, is because it is currently toxic but has clear potential to become a healthy wholesome relationship. And there are few things that fandoms like seeing more than a toxic ship getting redeemed.
Certainly my dude, like I cried when I heard you were going to stop making the alignment videos 😅😅. Little emberessing but they are really fun and it brings some spice to my dull feed sometimes
I don't understand why people would get mad bout the Stolas Blitz relationship being called out as Toxic, I thought that was the point, we were supposed to look at it about two damaged people in a toxic relationship hurting each other by being together
Stolas uses Blackmail to get “favors” from Blitzo and Blitzo initiated it by using sex to get the book in the first place. Already not a good start and it doesn’t get better. Stolas realizes how much this affair is hurting his family and rather than handling this as a reasoning adult he continues to cheat rather than do literally anything to fix the problem. Blitzo has very little issue with using sex as a weapon since he has a history of this exact thing and Stolas is the latest mark. Stolas tries to make it an actual relationship by force rather than letting things happen and then still dares to feel shame when it’s out in the open which only serves to hurt Blitzo. Stolas through this affair is hurting everyone around him including Blitzo. People got mad and tried to refute it when Asmodeus said it but he’s right, Stolas had everything and destroyed all of it for sex and now he has nothing. That is the essence of Lust.
@@CaedmonOS I appreciate Viv’s dedication to authenticity from relationships to the demons she uses. Because Asmodeus is pretty accurate to his “real life” counterpart. The man was a Disney villain and similar to how Ozzy put Stolas on blast, in his first appearance in religious texts his haunting, torturing and murdering Solomons family because of the absolute lustful drama happening in Solomon’s family basically summoned him and Asmodeus made it a hobby of his to constantly torment Solomon no matter how many times he sent him off.
awesome video! I've always wondered, I always thought he was chaotic but the whole evil/neutral/good was pretty tricky... was quite surprised with the amount of lawful good moments Blitzø had!
My instant thought was chaotic neutral. Sure, he’s a demon, but h has shown actual care and emotional turmoil over his relationships. Plus, he’s chaotic, so duh.
I casually enjoy Helluva Boss but genuinely enjoy when you make content about it. You have a tooth way of breaking it down to make it understandable and genuinely fun to listen too. 😃
A very good analysis! If I had to guess, “CHERUB”, as with most of season one, is setting things up for later. As there is now a group of literal fallen angels who now have reason to resent IMP. I’m wondering what the consequences will be for interfering with the living world “less than legally for some time now”.
i imagine hell of a boss and hazbin hotel demons would be what you'd get if somehow the blood war ended in dnd's cosmos to be resolved without the complete destruction of one side, cuz all the demons in these shows basically are blends of devils and demons
God…Seeing him destroy the first genuine moment he had with a person he clearly loves. It tears my fucking soul apart. They love eachother and they both hate that they feel like it’s one sided. They are so close to healthy, but they need to take that leap of faith, and trust eachother that they love eachother.
One of the things I got a kick out of, is I'm fan of the Precure anime series, basically a Super Sentai like magical girl anime with each season has a new team. After the Dork fight in Helluva Boss they did an episode where they got of their way to set up a situation where they could copy it.
episode 4 is introducing us to potential long time antagonists to the imp crew while they try to kill the humans they've been paid to kill all while cherub trying to redeem themselves to get back into heaven
I just noticed while watching this video that right before Blitz gets totally roasted he give Stolas a side look. It screams “help me!” To me for some reason. And Stolas does nothing to help him. That probably broke his heart. I think Blitz was finally starting to feel a connection with Stolas after the rescue in episode 6 and Stolas tore that up by not defending Blitz. Oh, my poor sweet Blitzy.
I think Episode 4 is more of a breather episode to show what I.M.P get up to on their workdays. With all the personal drama you can forget that they are in fact interplanar assassins rather than just bodyguards. I get that the focus of the show is how they’re caught up in a messy spiral of broken, dysfunctional relationships, but I think it’s a matter of not breaking their premise.
episode 4 is at the very least fleshing out the world, since hell of a boss is the only one we are getting new content for of this world while hazbin hotel is being produced in a more formal fashion do to being picked up
Ya know, I've never gotten into this series even though it looked interesting, not because of anything to do with the series itself, but from the many... problematic things accused of it's creator. I think this was awesome coverage of it, and yeah for sure some of the most complex and messed up characters can be the most enjoyable to watch and think about!
Actually.. wouldn't the Heaven episode suggest that Moxie and Millie might be able to go to Heaven due to how they were naturally born in Hell, and despite the assassinations- they weren't born there due to Ego and imprisonment, but being naturally born?
That's generally how I feel about a few different Vivzie characters. A number of them didn't "earn" their spot in Hell, so to speak, but were born there. So they actually have a chance, however small, to become better people. Of course, Moxxie and Millie are hitmen and kill people on the regular for money, and the CHERUB episode seems to betray the notion that Heaven is ridiculously strict when it comes to sins?
TheLoadingCrew: Looks over the entirety of Season One of Helluva Boss for Blitzo's DnD alignment. TheLoadingCrew's Conclusion: Blitzo is completely Neutral. Me: That ain't right.
Overall I’d say “Chaotic Neutral”, he’s not above ruining someone’s day for either money or just for the fun of it but he also cares about those closest to him (Loona for one) and is willing to sacrifice for them so even though he kills people for money I’m hesitant to call him evil because that is just business (remember in the pilot he refused to kill Eddie until the client confirmed he was the target). Thanks for the video, really need a distraction right now ☹️☹️☹️
It's actually been pointed out to me that the tall female imp in the picture with him and his sister is also his sister. The only time they're mentioned as such is in the pilot of all things on a poster in the background
this show literally had me on "the fuck is insurance" goddamn as a Canadian I laughed my ass off. imagine needing insurance to get help at the ER bwahahahahha. ahhhhh, its good to live in a civilized nation.
Blitzø sees himself in Loopty and sees Lyle as Fizzarolli, you've seen the pictures on Blitzø's phone that Fizz and him were close to each other and because Fizz got more fame than him it seems as though that Blitzø doesn't want Loopty to deal with Lyle because of how success the latter has became without the former. Just like how Fizz became successful with being a clown in the circus without Blitzø.
4:09yes. It is 100%toxic to his wife he cheated on to blitz for forcing him and to his daughter cuz you can see how much stress and sadness and depression that caused her But people say it's ok cuz he's gay. welcome to 2022 internet

Anybody else feel, things, about that Succubus with the fishnet shirt and pasties? Not sure if she even has a name. Maybe I'll check the wiki in a minute. . . Oh well. Also a huge fan of Sallie Mae.
I disagree on the last chaotic evil, Blizz could actually feel like Stoles does not loves him, like he uses him as a sex toy and that's all. That is why he said "you make that very clear all the time". I think that one is just neutral. But the overall alignment is ok
honestly, I would have counted Blitz defending Moxie as a chaotic good. cuz he 100% didnt need to do that I mean he could have just used them harassing moxie as a fake reason... he still acted like it bothered him thus if Moxie was conscious enough it might have made him feel less bad about it
I can't help but believe that this is shorter than usual and missed alot of content like the fact he bothers milie and moxie constantly and a few other moments just saying but still a great video all things considered!
If someone aligns with Chaotic Good and Chaotic Evil does that make them Chaotic Neutral? One of my friends does things just for chaos sake and others that's stupid chaos for good reasons.
The main problem with episode 4 is that it means nothing overall to the plot characters don't change and the cherubs are never mentioned again and the thing is it can't contribute anything later down the lines as most potential villains for helluva boss are a problem because they have a chance to beat the main characters but the cherubs are weaker than imp making it difficult for them to be a good potential villain and the only way it can maybe come into play again later is if the inventors make plot relavent things
>"The best character" So...Loona? lol >People get really mad at me when I say this is toxic Not sure why, because Blitzo's relationship with Stolas is almost as toxic as Harley's relationship with the Joker. And I'll be honest, I really don't know what Stolas even sees in Blitzo. The dude CONSTANTLY stalks his co-workers (even using Stolas to do so in the 7th episode), breaking into their home and spying on them while they sleep and during their intimate moments (hell, the guy wants to be their "dragon" as they call it), has no concept of personal boundaries, and let's not get into how he screwed Verosika over. Like I know it's hell, and they're a company of assassins, but most of the characters in this universe, barring a few we're probably supposed to hate (such as Valentino), have something that makes them likable. For Blitzo, I'm really not seeing much to like in the guy. Then again, Stolas's wife is pretty terrible, so I guess anyone's ok compared to her. (deep breath)...sorry, but it might be unpopular, but I REALLY don't like Blitzo...yeah, he may have learned something in Episode 6, but if Episode 7's any indication, the lesson didn't stick. (Note: please don't take this as a "I don't like this video" comment, I liked it and am looking forward to the Stolas vid) >Which is a really bizarre detail for Blitzo to care about THANK YOU! That kinda line felt so off with him saying it. That sounded like something Moxxie would say...but they couldn't have him say it because they had to put in their "Moxxie put down or hurt, haha it's funny, laugh" crap... >He didn't realize how much this would bother Moxxie Let's be honest, considering how he joined in the crapping on Moxxie in this episode, it's more likely he didn't care. >Seperated from his wife and Octavia Somehow I doubt that. If Stella divorces Stolas, she gets very little, at least, little compared to what she'd get if he was killed. That's why she hired Striker in the first place.
He adopter her late in her teens? I seem to recall he 1st met her when as a baby she was (accidently) served to him and his wife at a restaurant and when he basically told the waiter to take her back and finish cooking her his wife told him to fuck off they were going to keep the baby hellhound. Who already had the red syphilis eyes so she was born with it.
We ended up in the same spot, being Neutral, but that last alignment choice I don't understand. Personally, I feel as it's not Chaotic Evil, but Chaotic Neutral, and I'm curious in how that's evil to you. If anything, he's doing it to keep himself and others from being hurt by his toxic traits, so maybe it's good. I said Chaotic Neutral because his feelings are HEAVILY associated with it, but I'm curious as to why you say this is Chaotic Evil.
I don't like Hellava Boss but it's interesting seeing what other people like about it. I think their ideas are awesome. Imp assassins can be hired to come to earth and take revenge for you. Blizto and Stolas' toxic relationship. The way Stolas and his relationship with Blizto is slowly ruining his home life. And his daughters mental health. There's so many great ideas to explore. I just feel like they failed with the execution. And all the characters are kinda flat to imo except for Blizto and Stolas.

In terms of Luna, I'd much rather teach her card games. The girl needs another decent friend, all things considered.
Dude I get generally excited when I see your videos
thanks bud :)
@@Broomer52 s*** that asmodeus scene was such a good scene
@@CaedmonOS I appreciate Viv’s dedication to authenticity from relationships to the demons she uses. Because Asmodeus is pretty accurate to his “real life” counterpart. The man was a Disney villain and similar to how Ozzy put Stolas on blast, in his first appearance in religious texts his haunting, torturing and murdering Solomons family because of the absolute lustful drama happening in Solomon’s family basically summoned him and Asmodeus made it a hobby of his to constantly torment Solomon no matter how many times he sent him off.
I feel like this is the one he’s been waiting the longest to do
awesome video! I've always wondered, I always thought he was chaotic but the whole evil/neutral/good was pretty tricky...
was quite surprised with the amount of lawful good moments Blitzø had!
… I think I misunderstood that there was more than one cartoon about demons in hell.
Pre-watch guess:
Chaotic Neutral.
I'm hyped for season 2 this Saturday :D
Alstor and Blitzø are truly my favorite and man the make me laugh
A very good analysis!
If I had to guess, “CHERUB”, as with most of season one, is setting things up for later. As there is now a group of literal fallen angels who now have reason to resent IMP. I’m wondering what the consequences will be for interfering with the living world “less than legally for some time now”.
FINALLY!!! 3 YEARS IN THE MAKING
i imagine hell of a boss and hazbin hotel demons would be what you'd get if somehow the blood war ended in dnd's cosmos to be resolved without the complete destruction of one side, cuz all the demons in these shows basically are blends of devils and demons
I like how blizo is hated by people he wants to love and loved by people he hates
Never seen this show, but now I want to.
One of the things I got a kick out of, is I'm fan of the Precure anime series, basically a Super Sentai like magical girl anime with each season has a new team. After the Dork fight in Helluva Boss they did an episode where they got of their way to set up a situation where they could copy it.
I personally would have him as Chaotic Neutral but that's just me great work on this! You did your homework! 🤟🏻
17:50
Hindsight is 20 20
Okay I just started the video, my theory is he's neutral evil.
I agree
6:52 Surprised someone hasn't made a game out of that yet
episode 4 is introducing us to potential long time antagonists to the imp crew while they try to kill the humans they've been paid to kill all while cherub trying to redeem themselves to get back into heaven
I just came here from watching season 2 episode 1 and Ahshdudveosvidbsie- ITS SO GOOD. AND IT HAS SO MUCH LORE
While I was cleaning the bathroom? Stuart, do you *not* want my views? /s
"Even though this is a robot, this is Chaotic Evil."
Counter: It's a clown. Lawful Good.
"your better than everybody else" if you give me money, ok, blitzo.
I love this show
8:10
“Sees your google search history” that makes it extra funny
This show is kinda wholesome. In the fucked up kind of way.But rly wholsome either way.
episode 4 is at the very least fleshing out the world, since hell of a boss is the only one we are getting new content for of this world while hazbin hotel is being produced in a more formal fashion do to being picked up
My initial reaction when I saw the title was "Definitely Chaotic Neutral" and I don't think I need to elaborate
Of course, Moxxie and Millie are hitmen and kill people on the regular for money, and the CHERUB episode seems to betray the notion that Heaven is ridiculously strict when it comes to sins?
no
@@JoshtheOverlander but they still kill people not sure why heaven would want that
Well he’s an assassin so evil and he’s breaking the Law by using the grimoire so chaotic
now this is gonna be fun ride!
This is going to be Juicy.
Been waiting for this since you replied to my comment lol
How often do l make jokes about chemistry? Periodically.
fizzarolli's his former best friend and co-worker from his time in the circus
TheLoadingCrew: Looks over the entirety of Season One of Helluva Boss for Blitzo's DnD alignment.
TheLoadingCrew's Conclusion: Blitzo is completely Neutral.
Me: That ain't right.
Chaotic neutral. Done.
Thanks for the video, really need a distraction right now ☹️☹️☹️
"..Versus the *best* character (shows Stolas)"
You're Goddamn Right...
I feel like this will need to be updated later when we get more info on his past.
that's the plan! :D
It's actually been pointed out to me that the tall female imp in the picture with him and his sister is also his sister. The only time they're mentioned as such is in the pilot of all things on a poster in the background
Season 2 what happened done with season 1
when it said that blitzo used fireball in loolooland i was like "mustve been a nat 20"
I find it funny that he went from CE, NE, LE, then up to LN THEN TN. The fucker went into a circle
it's like he's a chaotic weirdo xD
I loved the video guys can't wait for the next one. Keep up the great work
18:32 I think you like the movie Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer (1986) as I feel like it does something very similar, and I personally enjoyed it.
this show literally had me on "the fuck is insurance" goddamn as a Canadian I laughed my ass off. imagine needing insurance to get help at the ER bwahahahahha. ahhhhh, its good to live in a civilized nation.
8:05 THAT NEVER GETS OLD! XD
I HAVENT EVEN WATCHED YET AND I LOVE IT!!! MORE!!!
Honestly this went about as expected, and no I'm not the only one that thought loo loo land was pulling some FNAF in hell with that shit
Episode 4 is establishing that heaven is ran by people who are absolutely awful.
4:09yes. It is 100%toxic to his wife he cheated on to blitz for forcing him and to his daughter cuz you can see how much stress and sadness and depression that caused her
But people say it's ok cuz he's gay. welcome to 2022 internet
Huge fan of Vivz's stuff, so this is a treat to come home to after work. Can't wait to watch it after I destroy some Dialga's on Pokemon GO, lol. Keep up the awesome content!
No idea how Blitz didn't get 3 chaotic evil pings for how dirty he did Verosika, lol
"family friendly"...(shows Loona tied up in bondage knots)...yeah
she can't swear anymore. very family friendly
I would classify blitz as chaotic neutral.
Ugh. I never watched this series purely because because it annoyed me that no one would shut the fuck up about it when it first started. But now I'm genuinely interested.
Anybody else feel, things, about that Succubus with the fishnet shirt and pasties? Not sure if she even has a name. Maybe I'll check the wiki in a minute. . . Oh well. Also a huge fan of Sallie Mae.
Wait, self-sabotage by pushing people away to avoid getting hurt is *evil?* ... damn, I must be a serial killer or something, then 😅
Haven't watched the video yet, but I'm just gonna guess Neutral Evil.
Episode 1 of Season 1 would probably change a few things
Chaotic Evil or Chaotic neutral are the only two i'd consider (posted this before watching most the vid)
You need to make an alignment video on Millie...oh and her husband.
“Her husband” he has a name, it’s ‘possum’
I disagree on the last chaotic evil, Blizz could actually feel like Stoles does not loves him, like he uses him as a sex toy and that's all. That is why he said "you make that very clear all the time". I think that one is just neutral. But the overall alignment is ok
honestly, I would have counted Blitz defending Moxie as a chaotic good. cuz he 100% didnt need to do that
I mean he could have just used them harassing moxie as a fake reason... he still acted like it bothered him thus if Moxie was conscious enough it might have made him feel less bad about it
8:10 Moxxie just looks disappointed at us
I've noticed that there's a lot of crossover between the D&D fandom and the Helluva Boss fandom
13:57 best lines of this episode
Season 2? What about episode 8 of season 1?
I can't help but believe that this is shorter than usual and missed alot of content like the fact he bothers milie and moxie constantly and a few other moments just saying but still a great video all things considered!
If someone aligns with Chaotic Good and Chaotic Evil does that make them Chaotic Neutral? One of my friends does things just for chaos sake and others that's stupid chaos for good reasons.
pretty much
The main problem with episode 4 is that it means nothing overall to the plot characters don't change and the cherubs are never mentioned again and the thing is it can't contribute anything later down the lines as most potential villains for helluva boss are a problem because they have a chance to beat the main characters but the cherubs are weaker than imp making it difficult for them to be a good potential villain and the only way it can maybe come into play again later is if the inventors make plot relavent things
fun fact, said robot was a repurposed love bot, basically a sex robot
>"The best character"
So...Loona? lol
>People get really mad at me when I say this is toxic
Not sure why, because Blitzo's relationship with Stolas is almost as toxic as Harley's relationship with the Joker. (Note: please don't take this as a "I don't like this video" comment, I liked it and am looking forward to the Stolas vid)
>Which is a really bizarre detail for Blitzo to care about
THANK YOU! That kinda line felt so off with him saying it. That sounded like something Moxxie would say...but they couldn't have him say it because they had to put in their "Moxxie put down or hurt, haha it's funny, laugh" crap...
>He didn't realize how much this would bother Moxxie
Let's be honest, considering how he joined in the crapping on Moxxie in this episode, it's more likely he didn't care.
>Seperated from his wife and Octavia
Somehow I doubt that.
Who already had the red syphilis eyes so she was born with it.
where...did you see this?
We ended up in the same spot, being Neutral, but that last alignment choice I don't understand. Personally, I feel as it's not Chaotic Evil, but Chaotic Neutral, and I'm curious in how that's evil to you. If anything, he's doing it to keep himself and others from being hurt by his toxic traits, so maybe it's good. I said Chaotic Neutral because his feelings are HEAVILY associated with it, but I'm curious as to why you say this is Chaotic Evil.
I would argue that Blitzo's final ding is neutral.
