      I'm sorry to hear that and I hope everything is now all good. I found one over a year ago and it's never been painful and hasn't changed in any noticeable way but I went to get it checked out, and this was my first time going to a doctor who wasn't a pediatrician so I was very nervous. I told her exactly where it was and what it felt like but she didn't even check anywhere near that area and just told me that my breasts are still growing because I'm young and sent me on my way. since then I haven't noticed any change but am keeping an eye on it.

    So worried right now!! I'm 24. Went to the ER last night because my left breast was hurting so bad I couldn't fall asleep. I thought my piercing was infected. WRONG!!! He said my piercing was perfectly fine. Asked the doctor to aspirate it and he sent me off for an ultrasound. 4 hrs later I woke up to a knock and he came in and read the results from radiology. I don't believe I truly comprehended anything.. All I know is that I have not one, but TWO lumps... and he didn't feel comfortable aspirating them because although they measure 3cm wide outside.. the actual lumps themselves are 1cm inside my breast. I was given bactrum and a script for pain meds & referred to see who he says is one of the best surgeons around, (lucky for me he's local) to exam me further, perform possible biopsy and go from there in a week. $150-$250 out of pocket just for consultation. My husband cried when I told him this morning. I've cried all day. I'm terrified. I have a husband and two children and they need me. Cross your fingers that I get some good news out of this!

      I've had a cyst since I was about 12/13 I believe. At first it didn't hurt and it was like a dime size.. I went to get it checked out and the doctors said it was nothing because I was so young and it would go away. I am now 20... And as I mentioned it never did bother me until recently a few months ago. It's not a strutiating pain.. But it is a sharp pain that comes and goes from time to time. I literally just went to the doctor again earlier today and he said it was nothing. I told him it was obviously something if I can feel it. He said yes I'm right it is a cyst.. But that I couldn't get it removed because it wasn't cancerous and because I'm so young so I shouldn't worry.. Are you serious?! Btw my doctor visit was less than an hour (that's how important it was to him whether I had or didn't have a cyst to him) this doctor literally came in there checked me and said you have nothing. I've seen another doctor when I was about 15 also I believe so this would be my 3 or 4th time seeing a doctor about it and they always say the same thing!!! They also said I can't have a mammogram because I am not 40! This is really irritating because I need to have it removed. Not sure if cysts can become cancerous.. But that's my worst fear. My cyst is now like a quarter size or but bigger.. I have visited about 4 different doctors now and all have said the same thing. Monday I will be going to Saint Dominic's where my brother got his cyst on his leg taken out hopefully they'll be more helpful since they have a surgeon who actually specializes in these types of things!

    • @gabinat
      @gabinat 8 лет назад +8

      Good luck! I am in my 40’s and the mammogram did not show my cyst. Only the ultrasound. I was told to leave the cyst as they don't turn to cancer. Mammogram hurt a lot, and since you're so young, your breasts are very dense so first a mammogram would hurt you big time and two, doctors can't see much through dense breast tissue with a mammogram. You should relax. Cysts are common and not dangerous, unless it makes your boob look weird or it is painful, I would let it be.

    • @MAY7317
      @MAY7317 8 лет назад +2

      +Jazmin Martinez i'm 21 and my body recently developed fibroadenomas in both breasts they told me it's benign and bot to worry and if i can live with them and not remove them if i want since the biggest one is 2cm*2cm they're relatively small, and as i read as long as it hurts and are felt smooth under the skin it's benign and not to worry about (mine don't hurt), so maybe your doctor saw that the lump are so small that they're not worth removing, but i mean it's your choice..

Mammogram done and nothing suspicious or cancerous. This IS a very common thing ladies. My problem is TOO MUCH caffeine! Yes. That will bring on cysts! I had no idea. That's what I'm going to get done on Wednesday.. I'm going to get two out. One are clusters and the other is growing. I had surgery last November. And after 7 years of getting mammograms and ultrasounds everyone failed me to tell me this specific cyst was growing. No one looked at the measurements. Over the course of 7 years since my 1st swelling of my left breast at 39 years old. It was filled with fluid. So over the years I would swell but not to bad but only when I got my my period. So last year in August my left breast got so swollen with this specific cyst. I had to go to ER. It was filled with fuild, my chest felt hot to the touch. Then my whole body. I thought i had coronavirus. I would take my temperature but no fever. by the 3rd day it got worse. That's when I had to go to to ER, they didn't do much. Back home i went. I took a cold shower because my body aches felt like growing pains and body was so hot. The cold shower did not cool down my body. I cried of pain. I took an ibuprofen and the next day I was fine but the swelling took 3 weeks to go down because this specific cyst was fuild with fluid so much. Well the ER Dr did say I need the cyst to be removed. I had surgery in November. Well guess what. Two weeks back to the surgeon to get the stitches out and the surgeon said, by the way the cyst was the size of a tennis ball. I was in disbelief. I was in sever pain after the surgery. I was so bruised and couldn't move for about two weeks . Sever pain and badly bruised to my left breast and side ribs. No one saw anything suspicious in mammograms or ultrasounds. How do u not compare a cysts to two years before. So now I'm spoke out and told them at the imagining center that I want any cysts to be compared to last year's and if any cysts is growing again. I want it out. The imagine center or Dr won't tell u what is growing.u have to have them check and compare measurements. So I did speak up now. This current cyst now on my right breast over the years will continue to grow. I told the ultrasound girl to tell their Dr there to compare current images to 2 years ago. So their Dr will get them aspirated. I said what i went through last year with a tennis ball size cyst and the sever pain i went through. I won't allow this to happen again. So any cysts that are growing. Start taking them out. So Wednesday I will get these two out.

    I had three small cysts in my breast: the doctor drained one but said she couldn't get to the others. So now they have merged and it is swollen and huge. Just had an ultrasound and two mammograms done at different angles. I will insist that the fluid be sent and checked out and if I have to pay for it myself, I will. One of the problems with cysts is that the cyst is a sack that holds fluid. You can have the cyst drained over and over and over again but the cyst's sack does not go away just because you got it drained and now it is smaller and not painful nor noticeable. You have to eventually have SURGERY TO HAVE THE CYST SACK REMOVED.

More so the left side. The radiologist told me I had parts that appeared to be cysts and can see the lymph nodes on ultrasound. Told me that was normal😕 meanwhile I’m still walking around in pain with no real answers of how to help.

    I'm 17 and I have no idea what my diagnose will be. All I know is that I'm in painfulness stage right now and I have a hardish lump. My doctor will be in Office on Friday. I can not wait for Friday!!!!!!! I had to stay home because of my pain. Last Friday, I did a lot of weight lifting but, I was fine the whole week and the whole time before. This is the first time ever that I felt this pain and lump. I really can not wait to find out... I also, hope that it'll be alright (Not Cancer). I'm girl.

    With a family history you SHOULD get all "cysts" checked out, removed, and or biopsied. My friend had "cysts" for 3 years and now she is diagnosed with breast cancer. The doctors felt that it was not important to remove it even with a family history!!! She had mammograms and breast ultrasounds and all stated cysts. Be proactive insist on a biopsy and PET/scan especially with a family history.

Then they found 2 small cysts in my left breast. I am eager to get get the bigger ones aspirated as they are very uncomfortable. I gotta wait for my doctor to call me so we can talk about my options! I just want to get back to normal. I know one thing for sure, I'm going to have a mammogram every year here after. What a worry this has been!

Tomorrow they want to do a biopsy because the doctor wasnt sure (yeah, that helped on my stress). The lump was long and a bit out of shape on the ultrasound, thats why. So im a bit freaked out, but crossing fingers:-) im 32. Hopefully it isnt cancer.

      Breast cysts are fluid-filled sacs inside the breast, which are usually not cancerous (benign). You can have one or many breast cysts and they can happen in one or both breasts. They're often described as round or oval lumps with distinct edges., When you have this, Just use the Herbal Natural Breast Balm , Rubbed the affected part at Night okay,,,, It will be cured within one week. You dont need any surgery on this ok

I have a condition that causes tumors but my doctor said I don't even need to visit. I also have breast cancer in my family. My doctor didn't even want to see me but I have like 4. Idk I'm only 19 and started getting them at 18.

      Elizabeth B
      Hey Elizabeth Girl, I think it's time to start looking for a new doctor, especially since breast cancer run in the family. However, don't panic, fluid filled cyst can not turn cancerous. But because there are issues in the family, regular screenings are necessary.
      Just dont stress about it ok? Stress bring on a host of other medical issues.
      Good Luck!☺
