In this short video, we’re going to talk about ovarian cysts and fibrocystic breasts.
A cyst is a fluid-filled sac. There are two main reasons why women get cysts on their breasts, uterus, ovaries, and other places.
1. Estrogen dominance
• Estrogen makes things get bigger
2. Iodine deficiency
• Iodine counters estrogen
It is really difficult to get iodine in the diet. Unless you’re consuming a lot of seafood or seaweed, you’re probably deficient in iodine. Most of the iodine in the body is stored in the thyroid. But, it’s also stored in the ovaries, uterus, and breast. Iodine is very important for the female reproductive organs.
Estrogen dominance can cause a cyst to grow during ovulation or menstruation. Sea kelp can help provide more iodine as well as balance estrogen levels.

I had a 6.9 cm ovarian cysts. I was in so much pain and my doctor recommended surgery to remove it. I didn’t want to go that route. I found this video and ordered Dr.Bergs Sea Kelp. Dear i have cysts 8cm i was taking sea kelp dr berg 3 capsules per week.
Put when i found from the doctor that i have cysts i started taking sea kelp every day but my period did not come till now it is late so what should i do ? Before taking sea kelp every day i was having my period every month

Had a cyst when I was 12, then another when I was 22. Not PCOS. I have huge breasts that don't quite fit my weight/size and a, doing keto to try and reduce them over time.

I just got more of the sea kelp .. I like it because it’s not so fishy like some are and I feel like it gives me more stamina but what I really got it for was the pain in my back. I have confidence in knowing it works.
Why can't gynecologists tell you this? It angers me so much! Why do I have to go through half my life with this estrogen dominance which only in return brought me more problems (thyroid nodules, gallbladder stones) when this could have been solved with regulating estrogen. Now, of course, no one blames the gynecologist if I have to get my gallbladder removed due to excess amounts of birth control pills I was taking for years... :-|
I complained for a few years to my doctor of my symptoms believing I had a thyroid issue. She would just tell me my TSH levels were ok. Come to find estrogen dominance has some of the same symptoms. Now that I have reached the pinnacle of estrogen dominance, stage 1 breast cancer, I was able to find this all out on the internet instead of my GP. I started taking DIM for an issue I had in the southern region and it really helped. I wonder now if it kept my breast tumor from getting bigger or even spreading.This could have been avoided. Our medical system is failing us.

I dont know if this is what I have but, they ruled out everything dangerous and it kind of makes sense because when I was on a high dose of potassium it got rid of all my pain and spasms in my breast. Im going to try this for sure.

I asked my OB if what I should do to avoid corpus leteum discomfort and only answered me "IT'S NORMAL, JUST TAKE PAIN RELIEVER".
Everytime I have a problem he comes up with an answer except I won't do keto

Finally got some sea kelp from Dr Berg. I dont have problems but others in my family do. I feel good. I also juice lemons, cucumbers, and parsly just to hydrated in the morning. Does juicing this have benefits?
In 2012 I was diagnosed with Dermoid Ovarian Cysts in both the left and right ovaries, which resulted in an emergency operation to remove my ovaries because the Dermoid cysts had grown to a very large Size, taking more blood as they grew. Are Dermoid ovarian cysts caused by iodine deficiency ?

People goes through Gluten-free and Dairy-free diet when they have the PCOS, and you're saying it can be fixed by iodine only!! I'm going to buy the sea kelp and I really hope it will be as easy as that!

Thanks for additional information on kelp.I,personally.solved this problem by eliminating all meat products,including milk,cheeses,butter(they increase estrogen).This was much cheeper than doing visit to doctor every year to check up.

having a look on our gut we could see, that we are no vegetarians; butter is an extremly good fat, a saturated one (listen to what Dr. Wallach is telling or had written). Milk and cheese in moderate amounts from organic farms isn´t a problem; cows are well substituted with minerals and vitamins, better than many people are indeed. So you can participate from them being part of those products. Until now I have never heard so far, that a deficiency in iodine is the reason for cysts, but I believe Dr. Berg´s experience and knowledge. The problem with birth controlpills is furthermore, that the hormones they take/took come from horses and the concentration is far too high! So: wrong hormone in wrong dosage, what could explain, why cancer could be a result of such a treatment, I believe. People should do their own research and be responsible afterwards for what they are doing/taking.
Hormones in meat and dairy what are farmers.feeding their animals?

What helped my ovarian cysts was apple cider vinegar daily with water and honey. U get use to the taste. And eating clean. I use to have tons and tons of pain. And doctors wanted to do surgery. I wanted to try natural first and really didnt want to be cut open. It took consistency but it worked!!! Im better now! No surgery! No pain! Thank goodness!!

I had complex cysts. That were growing. It was scary.. we were worried that it might be cancerous. Thats why they wanted to operate.

Are kelp supplements safe to take for people with a shellfish allergy?
It's not easy to get Kelp in Kenya so I make do with 2 drops of Ludol's Iodine in my juices. Same thing, right?

I eat too many hamburgers hormones are in cattle feed. I'm switching to Boca burgers. Gluten is more difficult if you love bread.

This absolutely works. I take 6 225mcg pills of iodine from kelp. It take at least a week to build in your system but IT WORKS. Once my symptoms subside I take 4/day. I tried switching to lugols 5% 2 drops in water daily bit after 2 weeks my symptoms came back :( so I guess my body wasn't absorbing it which is a bummer bc it's def more cost effective. There is a brand out there called violet I think which is like 30$/month for this condition. It's iodine selenium and magnesium. I say save your money but maybe use they're ratios as a ref and just buy those 3 sups separately :)

@@iadorevintage hey so I use to get one from my local natural health store idk the brand name but it was iodine sourced from kelp and they were 225mcg per pill. I now take global healings detoxadine. I switched bc I heard nascent iodine is best for absorption and also its a good deal 30$ for 6 months. So far so good and I'm on probably my 3rd month at this point. As I said before the lugols I noticed my symptoms come back so it wasn't absorbing for me. And I haven't been diagnosed by a Dr so I've never seen cysts but randomly my boobs became sore like it was that time of the month and just never went away. It was that way for months until I discovered iodine.
Dr Bergs sea kelp is a 3 month supply. That’s only 10 dollars a month. Pretty cheap if you ask me

This is most certainly an interesting angle. And if you're open to these types of treatments, you should maybe try looking for Tilly Strankten's website, which is focused on a natural method that gets rid of the pain, bloating and discomfort within 60 days.
The symptoms to iodine deficiency, estrogen dominance & low progesterone are all almost the exact same! If I don’t believe in the medical doctors how am I going to find out what I have! lol so far I’ve been just trying different things but I’m getting tired of not having found the solution so far! When I read about Iodine, i see many warnings of taking too much and toxicity. Some people even claim it caused thyroid issues for them. Is it safe? I have ovarian cysts :/
Use a good nascent iodine, such as Detoxadine, or Iodoral (easier) and you shouldn't have any issues.
