The general public has no idea the stress involved working with multiple families at the same time, plus getting new calls on top of that. If an FD is working in a high volume FH, it can be literally overwhelming. My hat is off to all you guys and gals doing it on a daily basis.
I really enjoy your videos. One thing that I really want to know is this. Have you ever came across a family that after they have lost their loved one. The family have been talking about a certain situation that in some cases it’s taboo. Because their loved one has been seeing quite a few people from not only your past but theirs as well. Especially if one person who has been gone for a while, they come down to “visit “ the one who is most likely going to be going home? Have you ever came across this, and how do you feel?
I'm so glad all of the funeral directors are calm. We are going through so many emotions that we don't know what to do. Seeing that it makes me think, I wil get through this.
