Looked at a 2000 Honda Civic EK3 which has a P0132 code (Oxygen Sensor B1S1 high Voltage) car only has two O2 sensors.
Took car for a drive, it loses power randomly then regains it. LIVE DATA stats the STFT goes as high as -50% when it loses power and LTFT stays at around -3%. The upstream O2 sensor shows its in rich condition at around 0.7V but will drop to 0.01V when the car loses power and the downstream O2 sensor is showing 1.2V, will change from time to time but will always be in rich condition.
I checked the spark plugs and they all have soot or carbon build up on the tips so it is running rich. Noticed the upstream O2 sensor plug, the plastic clip that holds the wire/pins in comes loose at times.
    Any ideas?...

That sounds like an interesting one. I think you're on the right track to question the integrity of connectors and wiring. Have you looked at Honda's flow chart for the DTC?
