I'm having some framedrops in that area, I don't know if it's just me.
@@emanuel_fs3075play in performance mode for less frame drops. Balanced and resolution mode will make your game go into ps4 mode
Funniest character so far in my play through XD
I just beat him up and left him there the first time. Poor guy lol.
Hes not spawning after i got the medicine for him ....
He's to the right up the shore near that hut on the beach.
He killed himself 😿
