You truly are an inspired and exceptionally talented composer, arranger and producer, your melodies lift me up and carry me to musical heaven, thank you.
Denny, this soundtrack and your music in general helped me stay motivated through my last two years of high school. I’m in college now, and I continue to listen to your music while I study. Thank you for everything! :)
I cried when I heard Wolfsong, it is the song that made me know you. I couldn't hold my tears, Wolfsong is a short film but also a part of my life, and the music you created is... Probably one of the best musics I ever heard. You are really one of the best composer I have ever seen.
The intro to this album is one of my favorite songs of anything, ever. It's so peaceful, relaxing, and yet awe-inspiring at the same time, and then it just leads perfectly in to the rest of this masterpiece of an album. I actually used the intro song to end a short D&D campaign I ran, where the players were looking out over a vast land filled with golden sunlight shining through a gentle mist in the morning air, and the song perfectly formed the scene, bringing the intensity of the campaign to a close, and yet still giving a feel of more to come. Absolutely love your music Denny! Some of my favorite of any composer. Keep doing what you do amazingly!
Thank you so much! I'm happy to hear you enjoy this particular piece so much! It's based on a longer track called Everlasting Heart, which is one of those many pieces I haven't posted here. But I think it's somewhere on my Soundcloud! :)
@@DennySchneidemesser Omggg I didn't even know you had a SoundCloud! I have so much more music to indulge in now! Really happy to see you posting more! Was afraid you had moved on, but happy to see all the activity! Much love man
Hello my old, new favorite musician! :D I think it was about four years ago when I randomly found "The Flow of Water" when looking for inspiration for a character and discovered your work! Years passed and I remembered that track recently and binge listened to all your work on spotify (So happy you uploaded there! It made my work hours immensely more whimsical then they could've been!) and shared the playlists with some friends. I may have talked their ears off about my favorite tracks and what kind of scenes they made me imagine. Thank you for that! Although I'm hardly an exception, just know your work made a bunch of nerdy writers and artists very inspired last week and it's still holding us.
This whole album is truly amazing! Especially Dreams of Flight; that could easily be the soundtrack suite for a Dreamworks or Pixar film. I really love the way you write for woodwinds and piano all throughout the album; everything works so well together in the context of the entire piece! I'm amazed at how much emotion you are able to put into your music. It evokes so many feelings as I listen to it. Also, as a fellow composer, it's all just really well written, well orchestrated, well produced, and well mixed music! My favorite has to be Dreams of Flight, but you and the live musicians did a fantastic job on all of them! Thank you for sharing this amazing piece of work!
Thanks so much! A lot of work went into these tracks, especially Dreams of Flight, which was written on the side throughout two entire years. Quite happy to hear these comparisons, as the Pixar/Dreamworks movies of that era had always inspired me the most! And yes, the live instrumentalists contributed so much soul to a lot of these pieces, I couldn‘t have done it without them! :)
You need more recognition! This entire album is just beautiful! You've come so far since your first song and I absolutely can't wait for more! Keep on making music man!
I remember listening to your Dreams of Flight track many years ago on Soundcloud, and rediscovering it now is amazing, brings back random happy memories from that time. Thank you for this masterpiece.
Your music has been an inspiration to me for many years mate, ty for posting this. :D I hope to continue to be inspired by your talent for decades to come. :)
Its sort of insane to think about that I found this channel from a youtube ad, found the music interesting, then stayed because its really good! Been using your music as inspiration when writing anything. Wouldnt have gotten through this year of online classes without them. Thanks!
You're so awesome. Your music is very beautiful. I love it. You love what you're doing, that's why your music is so incredible and emotional. Can't believe I found you only few months ago. I lost years of listening to this beautiful music.
I haven’t listened to this playlist for long while. Coming back to your classic are amazing! Thanks for all the great music you’ve created. You’ll always be one of my favorite music creators, if not number 1!
I love your compositional style. I hear a lot of John Powell, a bit of Howard shore and a bit of Hans Zimmer. Are you self-taught or do you have an instructor? Keep up the great work!
These are real quality compositions! I would love to learn about how you compose these kinds of tracks. Is there somewhere on the web where you explain a bit about your composing process?
I am Japanese. I found out about your song on "Morning Adventure" and found "The First Five Years" on iTunes in 2015 and have been listening to it until today. I am also an amateur music producer, so I am studying the composition, and even now in 2022, it is one of the excellent albums that makes new discoveries every time I listen to it. Of course I also listen to "Hades 9" and it's one of my favorite albums. The composition of Mr. Denny Schneidemesser's song feels as grand as the Japanese game music "Final Fantasuy". I would be grateful if you could participate in Japanese game music if you have a chance to play an active role in the future.
Man, you were this good only after a couple of years of making music :O I was wondering, was "Entering the Stronghold" one of you first released pieces?
Yeah, Entering the Stronghold was released back in 2008! I still need to put this particular piece on an album, but still haven't got to it somehow. ;-;

@@DennySchneidemesser No worries, man I cant believe you are answering my questions. Cant even tell you how much it means...I was about 11 when I heard it for the first time which was about a decade ago. So thank you for introducing me to it :) Man Ive got some work to do if you were that good after a year or two :D
“Entering the Stronghold” was one of my favorite pieces, and I hope it will be released in an album. I first came across your music when playing the “Stick War” game.
46:14 why does this sound so familiar!? Did you sample this tune? Or is this song used in an animation? I must know, it's killing me. I know I recognize it from somewhere.
