Being a very strong and gifted empath all recorded music has the emotions of every musician embedded within. When I listen to music I take a journey like no other and a very few others like me know what I'm talking about.. this is a fantastic collection of magnificent music and emotion .. when I tingle and ride the waves of their feelings and I cant stop smiling its my Nirvana
People may hate Fantasy, or think its a dump childish imagination, but I think they are wrong, all of them are, they are just too naive to not understand what universes and worlds lie behind every one of them. I know its just the imagination and inspiration of humans, but this is what keeps us alive. And I can feel it in every single person watching this. We should allow fantasy to take over our thoughts and make our life batter, and not to keep us apart in the deep, dark voids inside us. I'm an award-winning author and illustrator who listens religiously to music to inspire my science fiction and fantasy novel projects . . . and it was through your RUclips playlists, like this one, that I met the love of my life, Composer David Michael Tardy!!! If it weren't for you, we never would have met, or discovered that we have been writing about each other in our music and fiction for decades, waiting . . . Our meeting was a long time coming. We’re not “new” to each other, either. It’s more like a reunion. Like I was on a long deployment, or had been asleep in a coma for years and just now woke up. There's a strong sense of familiarity to us. So, songs like “Spirit,” and “Far Away,” and “I will See You Again,” and “Unkiye” (which means “Us” in Lakota Sioux) tell about this journey. “Elysium” inspired an epic love scene in one of my military science-fictions . . . But we couldn’t have met through my fiction, because the current novel projects I’m working on are secret and unpublished, as I and my children are victims of domestic violence (now by proxy of the Family Court System), and it's unsafe at the moment to publish. So, our meeting could only have come through the music . . . and you played a huge hand in that! Thank you for featuring FIFTEEN (15) of DMT's tracks on this newest playlist, amongst the talent! Indeed Davids Music is very unique and absolute pleasure to listen to, "The Redwoods" and "Sacred Pipe" are like de creme de la creme 😳. But to be honest, I didn't realize how many tracks I used from David, and I don't regret it, usually, i do those playlist by doing something else, having my mind distracted, and whenever there is a track that gets through to me, it won a spot. I will choreograph entire scenes or chapters to trailer/soundtrack music that catches my ear. I used to compose when I was younger, so "scoring" my novels has always just been part of the way I work. And I'm like you in that I tend to be eclectic, preferring to balance out my playlists with all variety of talent. I mean, the line-up of composers you have on this playlist alone bring some serious A-Game. That said, I had a feeling you might not have realized how many of DMT's tracks you included! You are just like me: simply going based on ear and what inspires you. I'm telling you, DMT crept into my own playlists last fall and started dominating! I didn't even realize it at first! Honestly, I haven’t been with anyone since I physically fled my abuser in March 2012. Been too encumbered in legal actions due to this ongoing domestic violence situation. But DMT has been using his musical medicine to wake me back up. When I was first sampling my creative talents as a teen, I used to write the novels and the screenplays, do the cover art, sketch the characters, draw the maps and write up the Glossary of Terms, score the soundtracks, I used to sing, compose music, dance, choreograph, I did theater acting . . . so many things. Basically, I’m a producer at heart. I put most of these creative gifts away in college, however, to focus on writing, only pulling illustration back out of the closet when I won Writers and Illustrators of the Future. But this domestic violence situation almost killed the remainder of my creativity. It’s been nearly a decade of struggle, and I’ve hardly been able to keep my head above the water-I’ve been fighting to protect my children. It’s like drowning slowly . . . But last fall, I suddenly caught a second wind from out of nowhere. It was as if God decided to stop the press. He had me set aside all work on court issues, life, and everything else. Suddenly, I found myself writing 90K words in the 4th book in a military SF series I’ve been secretly working on behind the scenes-with topics covering human trafficking through a government system, the destruction of motherhood, sexual immorality (what is that really?), domestic violence, male abuse of power/Toxic Masculinity, and prophetic passages in Scripture-topics that Christian Church leadership just isn’t covering, but absolutely must. There is a systematic destruction of the family occurring in our society, with the Family Courts at the epicenter. In that time, I also rendered 40 fully-processed color illustrations for the series, mostly character portraits. I’ve never had this sort of output before! It’s like God was preparing me for something. Or someone . . . Because right in the middle of it, amid my prayers for a resolution to the domestic violence and court issues, God decided to put it on my heart to ask Him for something very specific. I kid you not, He prompted me to ask Him for a husband and one more baby. I laughed. Yeah, right? I was like, “Okay, God, that’s funny. Har har.” I was honestly resigned to singleness for the rest of my life, and I was completely okay with that. So I told Him, “Alright, Papa God. If that’s what You want for me-to give me a husband-then YOU can pick him. This girl is not looking. I mean, look what happened the last time I picked! Ball is in Your court. I’m exiting Stage Left.” Two months later, God drops DMT on my digital doorstep. And, man, the synchronicities-they just won’t stop coming. I come from a military background, so the same deep reverence that DMT has for the Sacred Feminine, I have for Sacred Masculine. All I will say is that, again, DMT and I have been writing about each other in our music and fiction for decades. Very specific things. For example, I’ve been painting and drawing his logo, the red Tree of Life, into my own works for decades, and I didn’t even realize it. It has a very specific meaning: “Salvation.” It also means “soulmates” in a certain context, because when I was a teen, first sampling my talents, I had a vision of a man on a mountainside standing under a tree at twilight, all in silhouette, waiting for me. In this context, “soulmates” is connected to “Adam and Eve,” who are connected to “the Fall/original sin,” which is connected to “Salvation as the solution to the Fall.” The tree in silhouette on a hillside/mountain is the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. The red tree in a meadow or on a hillside/mountain is the Tree of Life. They are different versions of the same tree-and they have been showing up (unplanned) literally everywhere in my timestamped fiction and paintings. And appearing in DMT’s music videos. And, of course, his “Sees the Day” logo. I didn’t even find DMT until Pandora Journey released the “Elysium” playlist, with all of DMT’s songs from his album “Wilderness”-and sure enough, there is an image of a RED TREE on a mountaintop, with the title “Elysium” (Latin for “Paradise”) right under it. DMT didn’t add that image; Pandora Journey did. And, it’s not like anyone is in cahoots with one another. Plus, those are licensed songs. DMT has literally hundreds of independent songs on his RUclips Channel alone, including one titled “You.” And sure enough, one of the first images in that music video is of a man on a mountainside standing under a tree at twilight, all in silhouette, waiting . . . . . . for me. Look, I’m a SF/F author. You could get a room-full of the top SF/F authors together to plot a story, and you still just can’t make this stuff up! Truth, as they say, is stranger than fiction. People like you and I, we listen to playlists like this one, “Serene,” and fantasize about fictional universes. We daydream, and romanticize . . . But this tale is occurring in the very real world. My mind is continually blown on a daily basis by it all. All I can do is continue to document, document, document, as I am doing here with this lengthy reply (thanks for listening, btw!). Basically, I had no clue that I would be the real live protagonist of my own story-of our story, a love story. Nor could I fathom that God had in mind to send me a Medicine Man, who not only has incredible musical talent, but the ability to wake up all of my own creative gifts out of their deep slumber. In fact, DMT and I are already composing music together! And can I just say? Never thought I’d be taking THOSE gifts out of the closet. But DMT insists that my singing voice is perfect for certain of his compositions. So, we’re already planning new tracks. Maybe even ones that will appear someday on Pandora Journey playlists . . .

I didn’t read the “epic” mix in the title and was reading when all of a sudden this amazing audio experience happened and I put my book down because my heart started racing to this mix! This music is like a call to action, I want to get up and run! You know what, I’ll do just that!
i listen to a lot of these over the last 15 days because ive become addicted to the king's bounty series. Anyways this particular one could seriously make me cry at around the 17minute mark-ish it gets pretty intense in an amazing way. Being alive is something huh? Being a very strong and gifted empath all recorded music has the emotions of every musician embedded within. When I listen to music I take a journey like no other and a very few others like me know what I'm talking about.. this is a fantastic collection of magnificent music and emotion .. when I tingle and ride the waves of their feelings and I cant stop smiling its my Nirvana

The central structure kind of looks like Aretuza to me. Absolutely beautiful graphic by the way - props for it and the music.
People may hate Fantasy, or think its a dump childish imagination, but I think they are wrong, all of them are, they are just too naive to not understand what universes and worlds lie behind every one of them. I know its just the imagination and inspiration of humans, but this is what keeps us alive. And I can feel it in every single person watching this. We should allow fantasy to take over our thoughts and make our life batter, and not to keep us apart in the deep, dark voids inside us. May no one in the world suffer based on anything happening around us and a never fading smile on our face.

This playlist is SO good for concentrating on an essay! I started playing it and got busy typing. An hour into the playlist and I have already have 800 words done! (its a boring subject matter too, so this music really does wonders).

I'm an award-winning author and illustrator who listens religiously to music to inspire my science fiction and fantasy novel projects . . . and it was through your RUclips playlists, like this one, that I met the love of my life, Composer David Michael Tardy!!! If it weren't for you, we never would have met, or discovered that we have been writing about each other in our music and fiction for decades, waiting . . .
Our meeting was a long time coming. We’re not “new” to each other, either. It’s more like a reunion. Like I was on a long deployment, or had been asleep in a coma for years and just now woke up. There's a strong sense of familiarity to us. So, songs like “Spirit,” and “Far Away,” and “I will See You Again,” and “Unkiye” (which means “Us” in Lakota Sioux) tell about this journey. “Elysium” inspired an epic love scene in one of my military science-fictions . . .
But we couldn’t have met through my fiction, because the current novel projects I’m working on are secret and unpublished, as I and my children are victims of domestic violence (now by proxy of the Family Court System), and it's unsafe at the moment to publish. So, our meeting could only have come through the music . . . and you played a huge hand in that!

Hey Meghan, thank you for your kind words, really means a lot to me! Indeed Davids Music is very unique and absolute pleasure to listen to, "The Redwoods" and "Sacred Pipe" are like de creme de la creme 😳.
But to be honest, I didn't realize how many tracks I used from David, and I don't regret it, usually, i do those playlist by doing something else, having my mind distracted, and whenever there is a track that gets through to me, it won a spot. David did that.. apparently 15 times. 😅
Also i am very thankful to Atom & Amadea, their Line Up of Composers is very special, David, Lisa, Christoffer, Pieces of Eden, Kenny (sorry if i dont mention the rest) they've improved at an incredible rate. And with new releases there are new names, i will look out for like Dmitry Ustinov.

@@PandoraJourney: Ha! Great minds think alike. I make playlists for all of my novel projects (something I've done for years), filled with composers’ music that inspires my work. I will choreograph entire scenes or chapters to trailer/soundtrack music that catches my ear. I used to compose when I was younger, so "scoring" my novels has always just been part of the way I work. And I'm like you in that I tend to be eclectic, preferring to balance out my playlists with all variety of talent. I mean, the line-up of composers you have on this playlist alone bring some serious A-Game. That said, I had a feeling you might not have realized how many of DMT's tracks you included! You are just like me: simply going based on ear and what inspires you. I'm telling you, DMT crept into my own playlists last fall and started dominating! I didn't even realize it at first! I had to count three times down your listing of tracks here to be sure I had the correct count . . . and I was chuckling to myself as I did it!!! 😆🥰

Honestly, I haven’t been with anyone since I physically fled my abuser in March 2012. Been too encumbered in legal actions due to this ongoing domestic violence situation. But DMT has been using his musical medicine to wake me back up.
When I was first sampling my creative talents as a teen, I used to write the novels and the screenplays, do the cover art, sketch the characters, draw the maps and write up the Glossary of Terms, score the soundtracks, I used to sing, compose music, dance, choreograph, I did theater acting . . . so many things. Basically, I’m a producer at heart. I put most of these creative gifts away in college, however, to focus on writing, only pulling illustration back out of the closet when I won Writers and Illustrators of the Future. But this domestic violence situation almost killed the remainder of my creativity. It’s been nearly a decade of struggle, and I’ve hardly been able to keep my head above the water-I’ve been fighting to protect my children. It’s like drowning slowly . . .
But last fall, I suddenly caught a second wind from out of nowhere. It was as if God decided to stop the press. He had me set aside all work on court issues, life, and everything else. Suddenly, I found myself writing 90K words in the 4th book in a military SF series I’ve been secretly working on behind the scenes-with topics covering human trafficking through a government system, the destruction of motherhood, sexual immorality (what is that really?), domestic violence, male abuse of power/Toxic Masculinity, and prophetic passages in Scripture-topics that Christian Church leadership just isn’t covering, but absolutely must. There is a systematic destruction of the family occurring in our society, with the Family Courts at the epicenter.
In that time, I also rendered 40 fully-processed color illustrations for the series, mostly character portraits. I’ve never had this sort of output before! It’s like God was preparing me for something. Or someone . . .
Because right in the middle of it, amid my prayers for a resolution to the domestic violence and court issues, God decided to put it on my heart to ask Him for something very specific. I kid you not, He prompted me to ask Him for a husband and one more baby. I laughed. Yeah, right? I was like, “Okay, God, that’s funny. Har har.” I was honestly resigned to singleness for the rest of my life, and I was completely okay with that. So I told Him, “Alright, Papa God. If that’s what You want for me-to give me a husband-then YOU can pick him. This girl is not looking. I mean, look what happened the last time I picked! Ball is in Your court. I’m exiting Stage Left.”
Two months later, God drops DMT on my digital doorstep.
And, man, the synchronicities-they just won’t stop coming. I come from a military background, so the same deep reverence that DMT has for the Sacred Feminine, I have for Sacred Masculine. All I will say is that, again, DMT and I have been writing about each other in our music and fiction for decades. Very specific things.
For example, I’ve been painting and drawing his logo, the red Tree of Life, into my own works for decades, and I didn’t even realize it. It has a very specific meaning: “Salvation.” It also means “soulmates” in a certain context, because when I was a teen, first sampling my talents, I had a vision of a man on a mountainside standing under a tree at twilight, all in silhouette, waiting for me. In this context, “soulmates” is connected to “Adam and Eve,” who are connected to “the Fall/original sin,” which is connected to “Salvation as the solution to the Fall.” The tree in silhouette on a hillside/mountain is the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. The red tree in a meadow or on a hillside/mountain is the Tree of Life. They are different versions of the same tree-and they have been showing up (unplanned) literally everywhere in my timestamped fiction and paintings. And appearing in DMT’s music videos. And, of course, his “Sees the Day” logo.
I didn’t even find DMT until Pandora Journey released the “Elysium” playlist, with all of DMT’s songs from his album “Wilderness”-and sure enough, there is an image of a RED TREE on a mountaintop, with the title “Elysium” (Latin for “Paradise”) right under it. DMT didn’t add that image; Pandora Journey did. And, it’s not like anyone is in cahoots with one another. Plus, those are licensed songs. DMT has literally hundreds of independent songs on his RUclips Channel alone, including one titled “You.” And sure enough, one of the first images in that music video is of a man on a mountainside standing under a tree at twilight, all in silhouette, waiting . . .
. . . for me.
Look, I’m a SF/F author. You could get a room-full of the top SF/F authors together to plot a story, and you still just can’t make this stuff up! Truth, as they say, is stranger than fiction. People like you and I, we listen to playlists like this one, “Serene,” and fantasize about fictional universes. We daydream, and romanticize . . . But this tale is occurring in the very real world. My mind is continually blown on a daily basis by it all. All I can do is continue to document, document, document, as I am doing here with this lengthy reply (thanks for listening, btw!).
Basically, I had no clue that I would be the real live protagonist of my own story-of our story, a love story. Nor could I fathom that God had in mind to send me a Medicine Man, who not only has incredible musical talent, but the ability to wake up all of my own creative gifts out of their deep slumber. In fact, DMT and I are already composing music together! And can I just say? Never thought I’d be taking THOSE gifts out of the closet. But DMT insists that my singing voice is perfect for certain of his compositions. So, we’re already planning new tracks. Maybe even ones that will appear someday on Pandora Journey playlists . . .
