I’m African-American and I just found out that I have it from my dermatologist. I’m disappointed but I think God for going through my social media and seeing this I’m going to stop eating sugar as much as I can and gluten dairy and see how I do. Thank you so much for posting this, she has me on a steroid oil and ointment
Am bald for over 20yr but it started as small as a penny. And as the yrs goes by, it spreads. I will start with this. And let's see what happens. Bc I need my hair to grow back. In Jesus name.
I noticed my itchiness has gone down since changing my diet. I’m trying to get rid of the dandruff. I guess that will come with time with the new diet changes.
Try apple cider vinegar with the mother. You can dilute with water put in spray bottle spray your scalp, let sit for 15 to 30 min along with shower cap and wash out with your shampoo. I did this only up to 3 times my daughter only 2 times and haven't seen it since. We're both going on 7 years strong. We had heavy dandruff.

Please see a dermatologist to stop the growth as well
Were you bald, like male pattern baldness? That's where am at.
@ yes. Edges gone. Bald spot in the crown of my head. Recovery was a balance of internal health and external gentler Haircare
Have you really avoid red meat if you have ccca? Zhere are somse studies which are showung that red meat doesn't cause inflamentorry effects.
Gluten and nightshade free vegan based life. Greens rice & beans r staples atm for me, but would love other suggestions/ vids on healthy meals ❤
