    I went from a '08 Power Wagon to a '22 JT Rubi diesel. Both vehicles beg for 35's or larger tires. Had 37's on the PW. Planning on doing the same for the JTRD.

      @MrNismopro 5 месяцев назад

      I have 21 Rubi JLU with the 3.0 Eco. If you do 37’s you would be fine with 4.10. I did 4.56 because we’re always hauling but I think with the 4.56’s I could hop up to 40’s comfortably.

      @@MrNismopro I went with the 37's shortly after my post. Still on the 3.73 gears. The diesel doesn't care. My mpg only dropped by 2 mpg. The ideal gear would be 4.30 with 37's. But no one makes it.

    I can attest that my PW is an absolute beast offroad so far. If it fits it will climb it. In the video, the Gladiator didn’t have the front lockers engaged as that may have helped out some more. A 392 Hemi has power for days compared to the Gladiator and definitely doesn’t struggle at all. I would agree with the weight issue comments below and that could be somewhat detrimental in deep soft mud. I try to keep out of mud pits as the mud gets everywhere and is no fun cleaning up afterwards. I do enjoy climbing ruts and rocks and will absolutely go through the mud when required.

    Love my Power Wagon, having true front and rear lockers and disconnecting sway bay and a winch stock is a savior! i only changed the springs to level and added heavier duty front and rear sway bars with high clearance bumpers with 37s, no issues going anywhere i want, just bring a hedge trimmer to save the paint :D

    • @johnraygun9868
      @johnraygun9868 2 года назад +1

      @@gabrielfelixmunoz739 nope, it’s lifted 2” stock but not leveled, Thuren Fabrication and Carli make the leveling kits as well as an additional lift kit, with the 2” leveling kit the 37s fit better. I promise you they aren’t leveled stock, I make part of my living working on them. There is also an additional set of front springs through Thuren that slightly lift the front about an inch and a half and not the rear for those who still wish to keep a very slight rake but the 2” front springs are the ones that truly level it.

      I'd say, as a PW owner that soft/deep mud, and getting really crazy in the sand are the worst....Also I notice that the turning radius kinda sucks on Jeep trails where you're going between trees, rocks and stuff---Its a very large vehicle-- I do run 37s, aftermarket wheels and Carli Suspension with White Knuckle Sliders, and have taken my rig to some pretty cool places. The PW is fairly long too, so when you go down a steep hill, that has a trough in the bottom, you will tend to hit the bumpers a bit....That being said, for a pickup truck from the factory, it is very capable.

      @@RandyTGJ Talking to CJC Offroad I went with the Backcountry System...I drive mostly on road as it's my daily...but I'm most definitely impressed offroad too...Taking dirt roads at 50 to 60 that my buddys go 20 to 30 on...Not at all disappointed...I get more payload capacity and a bit more articulation....They told me to stay with the Power Wagon factory Radius arms if I want the most articulation....so far, badass!
