- I was driving with my wife to get groceries when I noticed 2 overgrown properties on the same street. I tried to knock on the door, and nobody answered. It looked abandoned! The next day, I knocked on the neighbors door and asked him about the overgrown properties. He told me the owner lives in one of them. If i walk by a lilac bush, i cant help myself but close my eyes and smell it. Remembering what a harsh winter we had makes it smell even better. Great job as usual, Fill!

Reminds me of my grandfather's cottage. (Yes, it was a cottage but it was huge). In our neck of the woods(we both live in the same area) those mushrooms while common, are an indicator of rotting wood underground. More than likely those trees have dead roots that are rotting away. Not necessarily dangerous but the owner needs to have them looked at by an ACTUAL arborist.

This was so soothing and satisfying to watch. The lawn was so pretty after it was cut. And I adored the lilac bush. Hopefully the owners will maintain it, and get this home looking lovely again as well. What I wouldn't give for all that space, and a wrap-around porch!
Its so sad to see a magnificent home like this not being taken care of. I'm not say neglected, but the owner may not be able physically or financially. Now it's a joy to see. I hope the neighbors appreciate it. Obviously, the owner does.

Number 1 done ✅ after you rehab the property’s will a he find someone or your self to to do the maintenance work (Unknown) I’m thinking he would have a much better chance afterwards. We tend not to see ourselves getting older. And we know things need to be done ✅ But time has a way to decide whether we’re in the game anymore and we get blindsided. And hear we are 😊 with that said between the two projects, it was a truly wonderful experience to watch 😊
