I regret buying from midway USA. They canceled my order that was made before the ruling because they didn’t ship it out before the ruling. My account was charged before the ruling. Other companies are honoring the purchase made before the ruling. Who’s side are they on. Last time I make business with them.

They are impeding the process therefore infringing on our rights. The state abuse of the “Bill of Rights” We should all sue under the Incorporation of the Bill of Rights! The Bill of Rights have been held to be applicable to the state and local governments by incorporation. The state is violating our federal rights! Police have permission by the state to have the federally accepted ATF version of the AR-15. While in Restrictive states we citizens get regulated with the “Infringed” version of the AR-15. The state disregards “District of Columbia v. Heller“ “ McDonald v. City of Chicago” The state is violating my federal right to an AR-15 within the ATF regulation.
They should be sued with the clause that removal from office of everyone involved in getting these unconstitutional bills passed would be considered justice.

Mike, as an SOT, can you get one one of the $30 LAFAUTO "fuel filters", drill the holes, and test it as a suppressor? They're made of 7076T5 aluminum. Can you test what calibers they can handle starting with .22lr, 9mm, and .223? I'm assuming that .22 LR is probably all they would be good for. The reason for the ask is because you can drill them and test them without spending $200 each for stamps. If they will work and are durable, I'm sure that it would increase suppressor ownership.
On the bright side, when the economy is destroyed by (as Paul Harrell would say) "beer", I'll at least be able to continue making money by smuggling guns and ammo from America to California.
It continues to amaze me that the courts have pretty much throttled down to doing very little at this time. But when it comes to the California AG needing an immediate stay. The 9th circuit is open for immediate business. One of this countries largest problems with the so called justice system is the courts siding with the unconstitutional government. Let the Commies appeal if they want, but liberty should not be restricted on the basis of any interim appeal rulings. It continues to amaze me that the courts have pretty much throttled down to doing very little at this time. But when it comes to the California AG needing an immediate stay. The 9th circuit is open for immediate business. One of this countries largest problems with the so called justice system is the courts siding with the unconstitutional government. Trump needs four more years to continue his replacement of communists sitting on the 9th circuit bench.
Judges should insist that any laws apparently restricting Constitutional liberties be prohibited from being enforced, by default. Let the Commies appeal if they want, but liberty should not be restricted on the basis of any interim appeal rulings. It should go all the way to SCOTUS before any Constitutional freedom could ever be limited.

Oh how I miss buying ammo to my doorstep since 2016. At least I got my order in. What a joke these laws are.

The most certain way to push society to a collapse of social order is to abolish 2A by executive, legislative, or judicial decrees. The only repeal of our bill of rights that I will abide by is through a Constitutional Convention. Then other decisions will have to be considered and made.
What's bullshit is I purchased ammo before that 9:45 cutoff time and my order was shipped then just now got my order was canceled.
