@@arthiram1189 my friend jaggery was used just a add-on like garnish but if you chk condensed milk ingredients you will find loads of "white" sugar in it! Moreover jaggery is also a type of sugar FYI...

Even in accidents , a human soul is safeguarded by right amount of sugar content in the blood . . A small amount of jaggery once in a while cannot give u diabetes or cancer .instead of dying eating white sugar we all can survive with jaggery or unrefined sugar within limits . Even poison within limit cannot kill a human . If u feel condensed milk is full of jaggery or sugar u can avoid it from ur diet or skip this recipe. Simple. Compared to chemical cosmetics causing cancer organic paraben free is far better . I don deny it has also chemicals . lesser harmful ones . Same concept here . If u fear any refined one, un refined is better cos human can't survive without eating sugar and some fat which is ok coupled with exercise n disciplined lifestyle. Don't break ur head . I have a recipe of ice cream which requires home things .. you'll need milk ; cardamon : sugar; almond ; bread crumbs... first take 1 ltr or half ltr milk then reduce it less]....then cool it then add all almonds, bread crumbs, cardamon, sugar]...mix it then freeze it over night its ready!
